| I have no experience or advice as my Jada is spayed. You might want to post your question under breeding section on the forum. I am sure some of the seasoned and experienced breeders will respond. Did your vet tell you the pups were too big? I would think the vet could tell. Oh and welcome to YT and prayers for your little girl

| The vet said there was 2 maybe 3 pups? Maybe you need to find a second opinion.

| I would get a second opinion, and have the vet that is looking at the xray, measure the pelvic ring with calipers to determine if she will be able to have the babies. I always say "a controlled crash is much preferred over any emergencies". In other words, know in advance if you are going to have problems....if the pups are too big, go ahead and schedule a c-section and take them before allowing mom to get into a serious situation, unable to pass babies and loosing her and the babies! You dont ever opt for "second guessing" or "waiting to see"....too much to loose! |
