LOL. It seems to be cyclical. There was a chat resurgence about a year ago. We've organized chat sessions before and broken the YT record on a couple occasions.

One of the most fun times we've had is the occasional YT fundraiser raffle. People donate stuff, raffle tickets are sold with proceeds going to YT, and the winning numbers are drawn and announced in the chat room. It's a laugh a minute.

I love chat when there are several in there...we do need to schedule a night and time....it is so much fun and you really do get to know each other lots better than on the main forum. Count me in if we try to organize a meeting time

I am willing to go dig my laptop out of the office and brush off the dust to jump in.... Or maybe I will get lucky and Santa will bring me my new MacAir lol

Yes I wish the iPad would work for chat. But if it does I don't know how. So I too would get my laptop set up so we could. What night or day works for everyone?

I've gone into chat several times and no one has been there. Scheduling a chat time would be nice. Have to remember to take into consideration our members are in different time zones. We could also maybe have a specific thread where if someone wants to chat they can post there to let anyone who would like to join them? Just thinking out loud. It was lots of fun with so many people in there chatting away! I will definitely keep an eye on this thread for any updates!

I am good with anytime, I just love making new friends and chatting keeps my mind off pain. After my first major knee surgery I lived in AOL chat rooms because I could not walk and bumped into a guy I casually knew from car shows and all.... We have now been together 7 1/2 years lol
