| Huge scare today! Harley got out of our backyard! Our Dane started barking like crazy and I went outside to see Harley missing... I jump on the fence and screamed his name, went running to get my husband and put my daughter in the car and started searching the neighborhood I was dialing the number for the microchip people to alert he had run away when my husband called, and found him in the neighbors yard playing with their pittbulls..... Talk bout scaring me I thought I would never see him again, and then I freaked out thinking that he would be chopped meat to them... I was bawling my eyes out... So glad he is safe and sound.. And never allowed to go out back alone.

| We did find where he got out and fixed it, but even so, lesson learned he is never going out there without me! I'm so great full our Dane knew his brother was in trouble and alerted us.. I'm still scared and crying off and on all day, he hasn't left my side.

| Now that its over and it's night time I can kind of laugh because they have a doggy door so we were wondering if they would come home tonight and find a yorkie size present in their house....

| How totally scary! Tibbe has gotten out twice but each time was in our front yard. So glad you found him before the play got rough or anything. Guess he was just being neighborly but I'll bet momme feels she is going to have a heart attack with any more trips out of the yard!!! Especially to visit pitbulls!!!

| These babies are just like a toddler....you can NOT trust them out of your site or allow them to go outside unsupervised! They will get into trouble and it will end up costing you tons of $$$$ and immeasurable heartache and guilt! |

| Omg you must of had a heart attack! My Joel got out 3 times, twice when I was right there and once when I ran in to get something and came out and he was gone, I was soooo scared and yelling his name and he came prancing out from the neighbors yard like he had such a fun adventure, lol. Glad your baby is okay |

| You know, I thought after my kids were grown I would never have those scary incidents that cause your heart to race when there is a possible injury or incident with the kids. However, having this little dog I think may have sped up the aging process for me. She has scared me so many times since I have had her. Now that she is an adult I don't have so many scary things happen but I think I have been able to work around some of the crazy ideas she gets! I always have to try to be two steps ahead of her. I can just imagine how you felt when you saw your little guy was missing. He must be quite a brave little fella to go over and take on the neighbor Pit Bulls! Maybe he had been wanting to meet up with them for a while! I agree that you need to be out there with him for a multitude of safety reasons. |

| I glad that the only thing he was doing was playing with the pittbulls.

| It must be scary for you when it happened. Can't imagine if my Yorkie dissapeared only to be found playing with pitbulls! Pao has vanished once when we first moved to our house. There was a huge gap at the bottom of the fence because of the grading of the land and our backyard didn't have grass yet. The fence at the back is shared with multiple townhouses. He was out in the backyard, I turned my head for a quick second and poof he was gone to visit the neighbours! Funny thing was he couldn't come back to our backyard as the gap was slanted in a way that he could go over but not come back. I had to quickly drive to the other side of the street and ring the doorbell or multiple neighbours because he was having fun going from one townhouse neighbour to the other!Phew! We went to Home Depot right after that, got multiple planks and nailed it all around the gaps!
