| To add a yorkie or to not add a yorkie?? That is the question indeed. As some of you know I already had 2 yorkies, a boy about 5 yrs old and a girl about to turn 2yrs. We still live in an apartment but are for sure getting a bigger place (90% chance of back yard) in about 5-6 months. Right now we have a good balance, Chibi is my calm well behaved boy and Molli is my sweet wild child. I wouldnt even think of adding but this male Yorkie was found running in the street. I bathed him and bonded with him but was happy he got adopted. Now weeks later he was returned because he was not good with thier kid. He is a really sweet boy with the face that will just break your heart but I dont know if I can do 3. Part of me thinks it will be fine and the other part of me doesnt want to possibly unbalance the harmony we have right now. I've grown very attached to this little guy and I'm not sure I can watch him go again. I am planning to have my dogs meet him Tuesday but even if it goes well Im undecided if I can take on another baby. My heart says yes and my head says no. What do I do??

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | Well introducing the dogs is a great start. Then go from there. Only you can really make that decision. If things work out with your dogs. Maybe you could maybe foster him. |

| I say see if they all get along. I have had as many as 5 at one time and didn't have a problem. As you know I have the 3 now and it's really not a problem, but then again I have a back yard. It will probably take time to get the new one set on your schedule. I know when I brought Luci in, it was as if she had always been here, and was used to schedule right away. Do you have a picture of this sweet boy?

YT 2000 Club Member | I would keep him if he works out. He sounds like a cute little fella and he needs all your love and attention. I hope he becomes a member of a Yorkie Loving family-Yours! Nothing like one more Yorkie! If I could talk my husband into it, I would have another Yorkie. We have two and right now JoJo is so bad he does not even think of another dog in this house. |

| For me, two is the perfect balance. They have each other but I don't feel overwhelmed. Can you afford three? Can you walk three at once? We have three right now because I'm fostering, but he will be gone by the end of the month. Just think about travelling, vet care and whether they all get along.

| I would probably wait until I had a backyard, but that's me. I would personally find it challenging, but then I think I personally would find it challenging to have any dog without a backyard. I do agree with Michelle. Think about traveling, vet care, the added expense, etc in addition to whether the pups will get along. You'll know in your heart what the right thing to do is.

| When he came in he was brown and covered in stickerburrs and leaves, hes also a bit underweight, when wet you can count the bones in his spine. My yorkies are good with other dogs. Mostly Molli is the problem, as I tpyed this she got into my makeup and made a big makeup mess on my bed. She is like 3 dogs all by her lonesome. I dont mean to sound like I dont love Molli but sometimes......she just makes me tierd. Thats really my only hesitation. I can excersice 3, I can afford 3, but do I have the energy and patience for 3......with one of those 3 being Molli....I dunno, I just dont know.

| Two was a big difference from one. But is three a big difference from two? I don't know because DH would divorce me if I brought another one home! Is that him in the pictures you attached? If it is then I would say he sure is a cutie pie! Honestly, if one landed in my lap I don't know what I would do. I would either find him the best home ever or he would stay with me. I would just have to sneak him in like I did Mikki! Why don't you keep him a day or two since he is being returned anyway? And see how it goes?? Maybe then you would have a better idea if you could handle it or not.

| If it were me, I'd have to keep him. He is adorable and looks to be a bit on the shy side. If he has a quiet personality (I'm beginning to think that the boys are more reserved/quiet than the girls - our Izzy is giving us a run for our money, though she is starting to quiet down a bit, she is still a handful) I would definitely try to keep him. He is so cute.

| Oh! He is very sweet... I am such a sucker, I'm sure I would keep him if he gets along with the others... These yorkies are too cute for our own good! In my head, I'd be thinking "Molli's just 2, I'm sure she'll calm down". It's a tough decision, for sure.

| Mina lives with 4 other dogs and they wear her out for me. Ive seen how much energy Molli has, maybe she needs another brother to play with. She has enough energy for two brothers. |
