| Cute Outfits at Petco! Hi everyone! I just came back from Petco and saw that they had a clearance on summer clothes! So I decided to grab Rosie two little summer dresses. The tag said $7.00 but when it rang up it was actually $3.00!! I bought a couple of them. I am in pittsburgh. They are super cute! There was also a save a Yorkie organization there trying to get people to adopt a really cute Yorkie who is blind and was thrown away on a highway by the previous owner That really broke my heart. I wished I could have adopted her but I don't have the time that she needs.

| They were selling clothes at Petco here for $3.00 each, too, but a couple weeks ago...maybe still. I bought Brody 4 shirts and Mia 4 dresses. They were on $3 each clearance but marked down from $14.99. I didn't see it advertised or anything...we just happened to stop in and it's only the 2nd time we've ever been there. Congratulations on your bargains! Love the clearance rack!

| I would never admit this to anyone from Pittsburgh but I was in Cleveland back in June and I had a blast! It's actually a pretty cool area. My bf and I are going to the Steelers-Browns game in Cleveland in November. So excited!

| Blind Yorkies I have 2 blind yorkies, each about 3.5 lbs. They are like a "NORMAL" dog but they just can't see. They do take a little extra time but they are the most loving dogs I've ever had and I've had them since they were 12 wks old. They developed blindness from their parents, they were born 2 yrs apart with same parents. The oldest now will be 15 in Dec. she got PRA, progressive retina atrophy 3 yrs ago and doing ok, you would never know she was blind if it wasn't for her white eyes. Her little sister , going on 12 yrs old in Nov, just went blind with a cataract in her only eye left. Her other eye had to be removed due to glaucoma. Both eye problems were inherited from their parents. The breeder did not get the breeding pair checked for eye problems and I did not know this or ask this question when we bought them. For any compassionate person who is willing to take in a blind dog, you won't regret it, they give back 150% + in love. There is a blind group online at Blind Dogs.net - Where dogs see with their heart! - Home with lots of information. Blind dogs see with their heart <3 and are so loving! I have 2 blind yorkies and I'm proud to be their mommie !! Thanks for the tip on Petco Clearance, gonna look for twin clothes for my 2 little blind yorkies tomorrow.

| Blind dogs see with their heart <3 and are so loving I know this first hand as my Molly Joy is blind. She is now in her forever home and I thought it was just cataracts that could have been removed but when her new Mom took her to the specialist they found it to be PRA. This is just one of the reasons that breeding should be left to the experts.

| I was never really a football fan but now its like an addiction!! My heart goes out for that blind yorkie and I really hope she finds owners who will cherish her. She was so loving and adorable! To the mommy's that have babies that are blind, it must be a bit harder but I bet its so worth it! If that is not love and dedication I dont know what is. After all, we love our fur babies no matter what!!

Maybe start another thread about the special yorkie that needs a home. With sooo many people visiting this site each day, maybe someone that reads about it could find it a good home. Ohio and football, no comment, but the blanket idea is a good one!
