| Someone called chachi and Jewels the T word We took Chachi and Jewels to our art museum and walked the grounds and trails. We were walking by the canal when a lady came up and said what adorable teacup yorkies. I just thanked her and asked if she had any dogs. Chachi is 14 lb s and Jewels is 8 lbs so hardly teacups. Anyway we had a nice day the we took the to a outdoor cafe to eat and they were so good. Im gonna get some dog baskets so we can take the on bike rides also because we like to go bike ride by our canal at least once a week and there are alot of people there with their dogs

| Oh your area sounds so nice, sorry about what people say. I hear it too and just thank them since I am tired of trying to explain. It sounds like a good day though.

| What a nice day aside from the "T" word. I simply say no such as teacups and if they ask for more info. I provide it if not I move on.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | That's exactly why breeders shouldn't use the word "teacup" there's no definition for it. Lots of people think it means small dog and anything less than 20 pounds is a small dog. I think most people just get the words "toy" and "teacup" mixed up. Got to say, it sounds like a wonderful day!

I bought a bike basket already. We're avid (family) cyclists too. I'm holding off getting Lucy started on the bike though because she still gets a little sick on short car rides. I can't imagine what she'd do in the front basket of a moving bicycle! Good luck. Have fun on the bike with baby! Tracey | |

| Sounds like you had a wonderful day. I always giggle when someone mentions the T word. Then I roll my eye balls and nicely explain. They mostly tell me "oh I didn't know". It's funny how she thinks that your 14 and 8 pounders are T-cups. I wonder how big she thinks T-pots are. LOL

| LOL, If anyone ever says that to me I always ask What is that? Just to be messing with them. Then I say oh no those aren't for-real are they? Never heard of such, must be a knock off. |

We have had some past members who say when they purchased their dog that they got a certificate that claimed it was an "authentic teacup."

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Lol, the copy says, "The Wicker Tagalong™ holds pets up to 13 lbs." I don't know if a pound would make a huge difference. It's really deep, I had to put a folded blanket in the bottom, so that he could see out better.
