Hugs and kisses to your furbaby. It has to be difficult to watch our fur babies age and not feel well. Keep him close to your side and continue to give all your love and comfort. It sounds like you love him so much and want everything best for him.

I'm so sorry to hear this. My mom lost a cat to this last year- it was so sudden. You will know when it is time to let him go so that he may live his last moments with dignity. I'm sure he is so thankful and aware of your love and devotion to him. We are always here if you need to talk or cry. I pray for your little Raven and for you.

I can say from experience that you will know when the time comes to let them go... until that time, love him and keep him as pain free as possible. He will let you know when it is time.

I am sorry for all the hurt you have gone through.

Around this time last year, the heart of my heart, Jesse, was no longer enjoyig life. He was only 3 years old and we had tried everything including giving him up to a home where he would be an only child in case the stress of many in my home was a factor. It was not and my vet and I had to make that decision to let him go. It still hurts so badly some days but I know in my heart it was the only loving decision I could make for him. He lay on my chest all night struggling to breathe. He gave his daddy his final kisses and I took him to die. My vet and I both felt we had to be there for him and i cannot tell you how at peace he became instantly. No gasping, no whining just one last breath and he was gone..He does live in my heart and when the time comes that our animals tell us it is time, we must have the strength to give them one last loving gift...

I'm so sorry to read the news about Raven and I'm saddened to read about the loss of Gizmo. We never seem to have them long enough, and for us, long enough is forever. I know how hard it is for you. I'll say a special prayer for little Raven.
