My house is way too empty!

I hate grooming day My girls are gone all day long and I finish up my cleaning very quickly, so it's just me and the internet until I go get them. They have a blast there, playing with all the other dogs and getting doted on by the ladies there, but I miss them!

Oh well, it's only every other week, at least. It does give me a chance to wash all of their beds and blankies without them staring at me, wondering where to lay When I do that while they're here, they follow me from room to room, looking for their beds and looking at me so sadly

I just love those girls with all my heart, they are the center of my life

I am lucky to be at work when Peanut gets groomed- So I can keep my mind busy and not miss him as much!!

Soon your girls will be home, smelling fresh and clean!!

awwww that is toooo cute!! i feel the same when im at work all day and connot see their cute furry faces!! i cant wait to go home and give them big smooches. i hate when i have another commitment after work cause i just wanna go home and love on my furr babies!!

Thanks to both of you I just picked them up and hope I can get a few pics after they are done eating. They usually eat at 5, so we got home just in time

Every other week?! Jeez, your grooming bill must be outrageous! lol Do they get trimmed every time they go to the groomer?

Ahh Yeay!! I am sure they are happy to be home!! I love the smell of Peanut when he gets home from the groomer- I love that little " I look good" attitude they have as well!!

I have the sweetest deal with my groomer. When I lost my job back in 09, I told the owner that I might not see her for a while because of finances. I was taking them every three weeks at that point to the tune of $45 each dog I had a good job. She called me later that day and asked if I'd like to barter services. I clean the shop every two weeks, my girls get groomed every two weeks. They get bath, nails, and a little trim every time. They are kept fairly short, so it really does need trimming that much. Especially Luna, she's got that cottony coat that grows like a weed And Izzy's nails grow so darned fast, so this works out perfectly for us. I really rarely have to bathe them in between, only if they roll in something stinky outside

I'm pretty lucky, I'm saving money and my doggies are well cared for.

I do the same thing when my babies are groomed but it is only once a month but they are missed just the same. Aren't they the best loves to have around?
