| I bought an 8 panel (36"high) xpen that is still up for Abby(10 months). We only use 6 of the panels and it is plenty big for her to spend a few hours in when we go out. We always use the door (never lift her over the top) I read that they don't think about climbing out that way-I don't know if it worked but Abby has never tried. |

| you are very welcome, vinegar is antibacterial and takes the stink out and safe to use around animals, I now clean everything with vinegar baking soda and a touch of dish soap and hot water oh my goodness I'm all excited for you |

| You could buy a thin sheet of ply wood and put those self stick tiles on it and put the down around it that would protect the wood floor. I did that for my bunny condo I built. It works really well! |

| Congrats on the big day. I was also going to suggest removing panels, putting something down to protect your floor, and having the expen in your bedroom. I see all of that is covered. Please share pictures when you get a chance. We love pictures of puppies.

| I put Tufty in the expen he started climbing up the side, just to disprove that theory, I almost crdoublepooped myself, so expen go bye bye he just has free run of the place with Teegy. Teegy never ever climbed up the pen |

| Some do, some don't. It's a good tip because you aren't adding to it by teaching them there's an exit other than the door. If they figure it out on their own, well then you'll need a crate.
