Senior Yorkie Talker | ![]() Will today we did a low profile for our bed so Bentley and Prissy can get up and down on it. We even had a small foot stool that we made into a step for them to jump onto from the floor to it and then onto the bed. We was amazied as how fast they learned where to go. |

| ![]() Kristy has been sleeping with us since she was about 5 or 6 months old. It just kind of happened. My husband felt bad when she was whining one night and that was it, she never went back to her floor pillow! LOL I love it though! She takes turns cuddling up to our legs though everyone once in a while she'll actually growl at me if I move the wrong way HA HA She is a hoot! Seriously, she is the sweetest pup in the world and has never had a bad dog moment. She is very submissive. She never ever growls at anyone or even any other dogs. She has so much love. We are very lucky! Even my Mother in law loves her and can't wait to vist us and spend time with her LOL |

| ![]() I did not start out with Chloe sleeping in the bed with me. I had her in her small kennel, first ON the bed, then near the bed, just trying to train her. She was not potty trained, and I didn't want any accidents in the bed. Plus, she was SO LITTLE!! And with a higher bed, I kept her in the kennel for her own safety. But, I guess she was about 3 months old when she started sleeping with me some. She would curl up on the other pillow, so I would stay our of her kennel. She moved to the bed when she started sleeping through the night more. Of course, if she got up, I did too... So now, if she needs to be in the kennel at night, she can sleep in the kennel if we are traveling or something. |

| ![]() Did your pups just know to settle down and sleep when you put them on your bed? Or were they bouncing around like crazy on this awesome new fluffy surface? The few times we have taken Roxie in bed with us (like on a lazy Sunday morning), she gets all excited and won't sit down. She just kind of runs around the bed. Only one time, when I wasn't feeling well, and DH was at work, did she actually curl up and sleep with me on the bed.

| ![]() I honestly would get him use to sleeping in a Kennel. Peanut has always slept in his- I have a larger one, and 2 old pillows in there for his bed and a big throw blanket, I also throw a blanket over it so it is like his little "den" He loves it! Sometimes he doesn't want to get out! Get him use to sleeping in there and being alone, you never know one day you might need him in there ![]()

| ![]() Every one just curls up and goes to sleep at bed time. Sometimes if they are sooooo tired they go to bed first and leave me in the living room hahahaha |

| ![]() ha... good question... here was/is my story. Until my boys were 6 months old, they slept every night in a crate with a blanket and a ticking clock, they slept soooo good. I also put a blanket over the crate and they felt right at home. Then, I let them sleep with me. Now I am married.... and my husband would like some part of our bed back and we have tried putting them in their own bed that is practically on our bed. Still they end up in our bed. In our faces, sleeping on the pillows, I wish I didn't let them sleep with me from the beginning now. I wish I put their bed on the stand at the end of my bed so they could sleep with me but not in my bed with me. Now I have 2 bed hogs who are also space heaters and I am soooo hot and uncomfortable most nights because they curl up on top of me! haha I love my little buggers to pieces, they are literally my heart & soul... but I wish I had my own bed again! ![]() Oh and Ive woken up with ticks in my bed and on me because they come in on them and transfer to my bed. That is just GROSS!!!
