| ![]() Its bothers me when people don't know the history of a yorkie yet have one and there small tiny one is the only ones there are and if its bigger it cant be a pure breed its annoying to me especially if someone says something about Callie not be a yorkie because she is 16 pounds and has floppy ears its like dude its none of your business anyway.

| ![]() The only yorkie I have seen personally that is like 4 pounds is not a pure bred. It is a yorkie/poodle mix. |

| ![]() Gabby is 2.5lbs. She was charting out to be much bigger but just stopped growing. I was shooting for a 5+ plus dog but it just didn't work out that way. I love her anyway and yes, I've had my fair share of vet bills. Luckily, she's relatively healthy... just tiny as can be. On another note, I've had people offer me anywhere from $2000 - $5000 for her. Just the other day, I was stopped in Petsmart and a lady stopped me and asked me a million and five questions about her age, etc and then asked if I wanted to sell her. At first it was rather amusing that people would try to buy a member of my family. Now it's just annoying. And yeah, I did snap at her for the audacity she displayed. |

![]() Most yorkies ears are still floppy at that age.Infact,I dont think Ive ever seen a 6 week old puppy with its ears up (unless they were taped). At 6 weeks old, both Milo & bella weighed in at 1.7lbs each, but there are bigger babies at that age..Infact,Milo & Bellas sibbling (a female) weighed well over 2lbs at the same age, she´s just bigger ![]() Look at this growth chart: Yorkshire Terrier - Yorkie Puppy Growth/Weight Chart - watch us grow

| ![]() Well see..that´s a first! lol ![]() I can now say,I´ve only ever seen one yorkie with it´s ears up at 6 weeks ![]() She looks tiny by the way..she reminds me of Lady.Lady was under 2lbs at 8 years old (which is the age she died). I cant even remember at what age my previous babies ears went up,and Milo & Bella are 2 months old now,and only Milo has just one ear up.It looks VERY cute, but I´m paranoid about his other ear now lol
