White Yorkie?

your new daughter is just stunning. My Jilli Ann (who is 7 1/2 months old) has a brother that was adopted by a lady in CO. who has a white Yorkie that I'll attach a picture of the both. I think the white ones are just sooooo beautiful and I love how they sparkle in the sun.

I got Brody at 14 months old, and his "tan" was a very light, gorgeous cream color also. However, since 5/4/11 when I got him and now, a glorious, darker, golden tan has taken over most of that beautiful light cream color on his face and ears...his leg furnishings, chest, and the back of his neck are still that soft banana cream color.

Mia is completely golden...a very light, golden, blond color...almost the same color as Brody's light color...with no more sign of her black saddle except darker skin tones by the time I got her at 17 months old, and since I got her on 8/13/11, a beautiful, darker, golden tan is coming in under the creamy, light, golden blond.

While living in Germany many years ago, the "USA military TV station was NTSC...the USA TV standard,, but the German TV was PAL with very true color due to additional lines on which were transmitted the colors of everything. We always called NTSC "Never The Same Color" because grass would be one color in one show and a different in the next and commercial breaks. PAL was the same consistent color.

Kind of like Yorkies, but I personally love the kaleidoscope color of Yorkies!!! Just when they change to colors you love, they find a new color for you to enjoy!

One of my partis came from parents with championships in their background and the owners would have a fit if anyone discovered that this dog came from their lines. I think it is hilarious. The only difference in her and her parents are the color. Years ago, these dogs would have been culled (look up the definition if you dont know what culled means). It is appalling that people did that so that they could keep their dogs to a color that was considered correct. Same thing goes with the goldens. I actually had two golden carriers produce three little golden girls and had no idea either of them were carriers for anything. People sometimes forget where these little dogs came from and what their ancestors looked like. Also people forget that the breed group who made the rules and guidelines as to what a yorkie SHOULD look like, are only people and have their opinion. I am glad that the partis and goldens are allowed to be registered. I have never shown nor do I care to. Someone on a group last week was reporting about a dog that was killed at a show by another dog with aggression issues. Those are the dogs who should be eliminated from showing. As you can tell I am a big advocate of the partis and goldens. Good luck with your little girl. If anyone tells you she is a "throwback" my answer is "yes she does have some of the original genes of her yorkies ancestors". I am attaching two pictures of my latest litter of partis. Wow, thank you so much, and your parti's are absolutely STUNNING!...The gorgeous girl on the second picture looks almost identical to how mollie is. I think it's unfair how parti's aren't aloud to be show dogs, they are still beautiful. Someone said to me yesterday that she was the runt of the litter. Not in my eye's she isn't, she is unique and beautiful in my eyes and i feel very lucky to be her proud owner!

Thank you to all for your kind comments. As i said before, i had never heard of a parti yorkshire terrier until yesterday. I will get around to posting some new pictures of her soon for you all to look at

I was wondering if the golden ones are born golden or if they develop that color. I notice that Gracie get more gold as she gets older.
