| Going to throw out the darn bells!!! Well I'm at home from work, been fighting a really nasty infection, and I swear Gizmo is overly frisky. His new thing is ringing the bell non-stop to go outside, even though I know he just went out to go potty... He's driving me nuts. Normally, this is sleep time. But I swear he thinks, "Oooo! Momma is home! Dat means plays!!!" Even though Momma feels like a train ran over her sinuses and chest... BAH!!!

YT 2000 Club Donating Member | Well what I do then, is wrap the string around the door knob so he can't reach the dang bell. We have a lot of that going on here as robins are oh so bold enough to search for food in our backyard!

| Disable that bell and pamper yourself. Do you use the saline solution in your nose to help keep the icky stuff from getting too thick or clinging on and keeping even some germs washed down? Take your meds to feel better, cuddle that baby and see if he won't sleep right along with you and get your rest. Drink fluids. Hope you feel much better soon.

| Thanks ladies. Normally I'm not so frustrated, but this little 5 lb monster is just acting funny because he knows something is wrong. Just like a little kid Can't wait to get our backyard fixed so I can just watch him run around our yard and blow off some steam.

| too funny there is another thread on here about the same thing, I think a lot of the pups have spring fever, now that it is getting nice they want to get out side more. Tie the bells up till you are feeling better

| This sounds mean, but if I really need a minute, I put Luma in her crate and cover it with a blanket. She loves it though. That's her cue to pass out. She'll just take a nap. The first time we tried it she barked and tried to pull the blanket off but now she will bark at you to MAKE you cover it, she likes the little "cave" feel to it. I hope you feel better soon...
