Yorkie Talk has been blessed with a huge amount of wonderful members. With this comes many many posts. At times it is hard to see ALL OF THEM. I feel bad when I see members take their post(s) w/ not many replies or no replies in a fast amount of time personally. Everyone's posts are important, no more than another. I personally miss MANY posts and never reply to them. It does not mean in anyway that I care less what this member has to say then another post that I replied to. It just means I didn't have a chance to see all of them. Most likely due to chasing Schatzie around the house or other important obligations. I really do hope that YT members do not find their post counts /replied to's determine who they are as an individual and allow themselves to be judged in such a way.

Sorry you're frustrated. I know posts can get overlooked easily and there are times when it's busy and it happens more frequently. Don't take it personally and keep hollering 'til we hear you.

I have felt that way too, but it does just happen sometimes. What everyone before me has said is true. Don't let it discourage you. Sometimes I think "I'm done" for different reasons, but I always come back because it really is a place full of information and love for Yorkies and some wonderful, wonderful people. It is like reading a good book, a true living story that can make you laugh, make you cry, make you mad and so on. By the way, I have a little 4 month old that is VERY attached to me. Same thing as yours, he will accept my husband if I am really busy, but would rather be with me..... I LOVE IT!!!! He would rather be with me than play with the 6 month old pups I have.... I LOVE IT!!!! Nothing like a little Yorkie making you feel like you are the most special person in the world. . However, I can put him down for a nap and he is fine. Mine doesn't have seperation anxieties or anything....I hope yours doesn't either. I have 2 Yorkies with a color anomally (they are red/gold). Lots of people on here totally LOVE them, but there are others who refuse to comment regardless of how many posts they have or I have. Everyone just picks and chooses what they want to respond to and sometimes just miss a thread. Stick around, you won't be sorry. Last edited by Julz; 12-05-2005 at 11:14 AM.

I agree with rrosenberry. Reading the boards here is like reading the newspaper. Make your title interesting with some !!'s and people will definately respond. Oh yeah, the word "HELP!" works also. I always scan over the titles and I click on whatever is interesting to me. It starts at the top and when someone replies to it, then it slides down as other boards bump it, then the board automatically goes to the top if it is replied to. Please don't be upset. There is no "in" crowd here and it doesn't matter what pictures you have. I only know a handful of nicknames around here and I've been here for a while. You will make lots of friends the more you talk on here. Everyone is pretty nice here. Welcome to YT!

| I completely agree with everyone above. I know that sometimes you feel like your question won't be answered or that it is a dumb question and yet when you post it you find that 20 other people are going through the same thing!! It is one of things that is so great about this forum. I have learned so many things here and continue to learn new things every day. It offers a wealth of information, entertainment and support for Yorkie mommies and daddies everywhere. Don't get discouraged, your voice is just as important as every one else's on here.

Don't feel bad its just the way that posts are worded sometimes. Some post catch the eye more than other. I've been on here for a while and sometimes mine get passed up also but I don't feel bad its just that other posted more eye catching post. We all enjoy having new members and all memebers for that matter posting all the time on here. As for an avatar there are members here who are very kind and take their time, creation, thought and can make you a very nice one.

PippinsMom - if I'm reading right, you got frustrated and posted this less than an hour after you posted your other thread. Honey, you've got to be more patient than that! Sometimes, it takes a little longer, but very few threads go unanswered here.
