Don't feel bad its just the way that posts are worded sometimes. Some post catch the eye more than other. I've been on here for a while and sometimes mine get passed up also but I don't feel bad its just that other posted more eye catching post. We all enjoy having new members and all memebers for that matter posting all the time on here. As for an avatar there are members here who are very kind and take their time, creation, thought and can make you a very nice one.
