A lot of this happens over here, and has done for years...even at Crufts dog show there are stalls where you can take your dog's 'hair cuts', have it woven into yarn, and then made into jumpers etc.

Diamonds are usually made from the ashes of the deceased - not only dogs, but I've heard and seen on tv about dead husbands being made into diamonds and are now hanging round their wives necks... Sally + Harry x

I personally wouldn't do it and found it pretty strange, even I love my pets very much. But they are your pets, do what you like to do with their fur, and if they don't complain, then why bother others?

I have friends that "stuff" their pets when they died and kept them in the house, I found that is pretty freaky and I think it would give me nightmares if I have to stay in their house. But again, it's their choice, I don't judge them and say they are crazy.
