| loosing control of bladder My little yorkie Sasha was just spayed on Thursday. She is 6 months old and uses a pee pad. But since her surgery she seems to pee where ever she wants. Is this normal after surgery? |

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I know most will have a few setbacks after surgery, however, it's seems like it's so common for a female to get a bladder infection after spaying. I would call the vet about this.

| Yes I would call the vet, Miss Priss was spayed a month ago and didn't have any potty issues. "Well knocking on wood here."

| I have seen (on here only) that after a female is spayed, some of them have issues with that - I agree with the others though and I think you should speak with your about it. Good luck!

| I had a few issues for (I don't remember how long now) a few days to a week afterward. She was back to normal in very short order though.
