| I couldn't be positive with out seeing him in real life but he looks quit a bit like my Lexi. If I were to say just according to the pic I would guess yes he is a pure bred.

| Sometimes they don't go up. Chachi's moms never did go up. Alot of people tape their dogs ears to get them to go up. I don't know if it helps or not. My dog's ears were up when I got him.

| actually Lexi's ears are up now I just love that pic of her. The ears usually go up between 3 -6 months(some sooner, some later, and some never without help) Also as for the little white spot, I have seen a lot of Yorkies with that same spot here at Y.T. including Lexi, and she is a pure breed AKC registered and her father has won several shows. How much does you baby weigh right now? If you double the 3 month weight it will be close to the full grown weight.

| doubleing the twelve week weight didnt work for me...... AT ALL...... toby was 3 lbs at 12 weeks...... so you would expect him to be around 6 lbs right??? WRONG... he was 8 lbs when we took him in to get neutered at 5 months, and he has had a little growth spurt since then so he might way 9 by now.... thats way off from the 6 lbs that was predicted... as for the ears, if you want them up, then shave the top and tape them... personally i like the ears floppy, i think he is sweet looking |

| My Jake looks just like the puppy that babycool has posted. He is not a Silky Yorkie. He also has the white on his chest and under his chin, also his ears never went up. He will be 2 this July. They may not be desirable for some Yorkie owners, none the less I fell in love with him when I saw him. Jake is actually my husbands baby, Buddy was a birthday present fo me. |

| Something about the nose / snout / muzzle looks different to me. But adorable all the same!!!! I get the feeling, looking at some of the background, this is a pet shop????? Please resist the urge to buy from a pet shop!!! Also, how old is this puppy and what is his current weight?...Judging from some of the objects in the photo this little guy is kinda BIG for one that is likely 7-8 weeks old.....( or even younger) Any one else with the same thoughts????? |

| He looks alot like my Shelbie when she was a puppy. Very cute. I think he is deffinately a full breed yorkie. Shelbie had a champion bloodline with a dad of only 3 pounds but turned out to be 11 pounds full grown. She was very pretty and her hair was gorgeous. 11 pounds may be large for yorkie standards but really who cares its not like I showed her anyway. She was AKC registered and her breeder showed her dogs. Shelbie was great and I loved her so much, good luck with your big baby, you will get alot of love from him. |

| He is a cute little thing. How old is this puppy? To already be around 7-10 lbs is a bit big, I think. Although, some Yorkies are just big. If it is a pet shop puppy, then you will want to consider this purchase more of a rescue. I'd get the puppy to the vet right away and make sure you get started on any meds that might be needed. I'm sure you will love him to pieces no matter what! Good luck!
