Marley eats Taste of the Wild also and loves it! He is on the puppy formula.

Thanks so much for the suggestions. I change her food every 3-4 months, and I will definitely try the grain-free.

My two are on Taste of the Wild and love it. We switch between the salmon (pacific???) and the Lamb. I had them on Wellness for a while and neither of them seemed to like it much.

Is Taste of the Wild one of the "natural" dog foods? I was in a pet food store called Bone Appetit and I believe that was one of the foods they had.

I would be careful about switching very often. Changing foods can cause digestive problems.

I just switched Riley, this week from Taste Of The Wild, to FROMM and he is Loving it. With the TOTW I was having to put a little water and about a teaspoon of Weruva chicken in it. With the FROMM I don't have to do that.

He's eating Primal Raw for breakfast and then the FROMM kibble for dindin. The only reason I do the Kibble is so that when we travel he will eat the kibble, and I won't have to travel with raw.... but I was just notified, today from the Primal Rep. that they are going to start carrying Primal freeze dried Raw beginning of April!!

Just check out the percentages of the fat and protein in the freeze dried food. Sometimes it can contain higher amounts because it is more concentrated.

Thanks So Much!! I had heard that about the Nature's Variety freeze dried raw and was wondering how Primal's will be. I will definitely keep that in mind.

I don't think so... I would pick up my bags of Taste Of The Wild at the Tractor Supply in Virginia.

This is what the rescue was feeding Miles before I got him. My vet was very pleased that he was on this and so am I. If I keep switching his food around it will give him diarrhea.

Yeah.... It is a Great food! If you aren't having any problems/issues, you definitely shouldn't switch. Once you find something that works for your pup you should stick with it.

Grain free so digestive issues are minimized, inexpensive, can't ask for anything more. I also feed Miles Wellness soft food mixed in. Of course he LOVES this along with his Wellness puppy treats.
