| Ours do this sometimes as well. It's a common dog nesting behavior. You can see where it would make sense in the wild, trying to pile on some leaves or dirt to keep their bodies warm at night or at least clear away any uncomfortable sticks or stones, but in a nice warm bed? I guess they still like to create a dip in the bedding for extra insulation when sleeping. I let them do it until or unless it gets out of hand, and then I tell them to go to sleep! |
