I'm just now reading about this EVENT, and will be on pins and needles until there is an update! I do believe in miracles, and am praying hard that this is Armani and that everything is alright!:D |

I was a nervous wreck driving to TN to meet Michelle and get Bear. I can't imagine being in her shoes right now! I pray that this is for real! |

I hope all goes well and this is Armani. Just hope we haven't frightened her too much. I wish we had an icon for praying hands or at least fingers crossed. |

It seems like if it is him he must have been adopted out to someone in the mean time. I hope there is not a dispute about who he belongs to. Like I said the animal control is responsible. Even if they did get him mixed up with another Yorkie. |
I think it is good news that it is taking so long--she is probably at the vet. If it were not Armani (and I am just not sure how it couldn't be) then she would have come right home. Here are the possibilities I can think of what might have happened: 1--Armani survived the pit attack, and somehow got lost in the animal control bureaucracy. 2--the chip number was read wrong, and the dog is not Armani. Armani really did die as a result of the pit attack. 3--the chip was taken out of Armani after he died and put in another dog--this seems very unlikely, but it was mentioned by others. There are others. But I think the only realistic one is #1. I hope that's true. |

Maybe the dog was presumed dead and then later came to and found a way to escape. Could have been wandering for awhile. Could also have been found by someone and taken in. There are many possibilities I suppose. The bottom line is that I hope it is Armani and that they are once again reunited! Praying for a miracle just like everyone else here! |
