First Post, excited about new mixed breed puppy (Morkie)

1 other question with this young and small of a pup, is there certain household products that I should not use because of upper respiratory...example air freshner.

I have only seen pictures of Morkies and apparently they can be different colors. Yours looks to be more of a light brown than the others in the litter. I don't know how that works unless there is a brown gene in the Yorkie side of the family. There are brown Yorkies but they are a bit more rare I think.
I had a little female Maltese years ago that was sold to me because her nose was more of a brown than a black. Turned out her nose was black half of the year and brown the other half. I guess it has something to do with vitamins and sunlight. It was so long ago I don't remember all the details. I think your dog's coloring may have more to do with the Yorkie side though.He coloring may change quite a bit when she starts getting her adult coat.
I wish you the very best with your new little one. Hope to see more pictures when you get her. Too bad the owner is in such a hurry to be rid of those poor babies. I know people who breed bigger dogs tend to sell them younger but these little ones are more delicate than the bigger breeds many times.

There's no such thing as too many pictures! I can't wait! My Sadie's best friend from puppy class was a Morkie. Being a mixed breed they are all so different. As far as the cleaners, I don't have much advice - maybe stick to natural products like vinegar for a while. Maybe one of the breeders here will chime in with advice. I suspect you aren't going to have much time for regular housecleaning for now anyway! Best of luck to you! Bailey is adorable!

They are very used to toy dog because we puppy sit family dogs, 1 was a 8 lb chihuahua ( zoomer passed), 1 a 7lb papion that they have been around since he was 2 lbs and a shih tzu rescue that we fostered when he was 3 lbs till 9 lbs.

She did great, she slept great, eating good, pools are great and she even is using her pee pads. We also changed our mind on her name. It is officially Rylee.

I am still watching her like a hawk, but she is doing great. Right now she is playing and beating up winney the pooh...LOL will post new pics when I get my laptop out.

Well that sounds about perfect and wonderful to hear! Hope things continue to go well. Rylee is a very cute name for a very cute little dog. Sounds like poor Winnie the Pooh is going to be the focus of much terror! We look forward to seeing the photos of your little terrorier. Someone coined that phrase one time when visiting with me and I thought it was a pretty appropriate description for some occassions. Oh, I can't remember if I mentioned it earlier or not but my little Lu is a Morkie too. Her coloration is also quite different from other Morkies I have seen.
