Taycie goes alot of places with me. If I can take her, she goes.

Both my boys go with me everywhere, well that is where they are aloud to go. I don't have children so it is fairly easy to travel with them.

I take Tashi pretty much everywhere except movie theatres/bars/clubs .

She likes restaurants (patios only) and she's even been to a 3-day gaming (LAN) event with me :P She sat on my desk the whole time I was gaming just like she does at home ^_^

She took a ferry ride last night to Balboa Island and we went to sushi and to the beach

She loves walking and exploring with me. She'd prefer to walk always, but usually I carry her about half the time because it's necessary.

Bailey and I hop in the car all the time. Yesterday I took him downtown to visit the fine people at the screen printing place we work with to screen all our client's t shirts. They all picked him up and hugged on him. He was the big show!

We have fun in the car, unless he's rolling down all the windows while looking out!

Furgie comes practically everywhere with me....she has been to the movies, restaurants, pedicure, grocery store.....she loves to go in her bag and never makes a peep....I love it!!! .....it kind of drives my boyfriend nuts though...

Lilo comes everywhere shes allowed.

I love having her around. it is very comforting. She makes a lot of friends everywhere we go and is such a good girl in her bag.

I feel the same way!! I don't like to travel on vacation cause I DO NOT want to kennel my babies, and I am happy just hanging out with my babies and the family!! I just also really hate to leave my boys, it almost kills me to leave them to go shopping!!

Gracie has free run of the house so I don't feel too bad leaving her home when I go to the store or have appointments or something like that. She has a pee pad to use if I am gone longer than expected and she she is good with that. I do take her when I go visiting other people or am going to be gone for several hours.
I left her alone once when we were gone for about 7 hours and she was just so upset and crying when I got home so I won't do it again. She is a 5 pounder and travels well. It's just a little more difficult in the winter because I have to bundle her up before taking her outside. I warm up the car for her and make sure her coat is on snug. I feel like I have young kids again. I had to pack her sweater and socks, her food and water, her pee pads and she wore her harness and coat to go to Thanksgiving dinner. I don't know how you do it with 2 young ones and a fur baby. That is a lot to remember to pack!

I hate that bc I'm sure I must have done something when he was younger to have caused that. We socialized him tho. He went through 24 weeks of training. Sorry for rambling. I guess I'm feeling like a bad yorkie mama today.

Is your little guy neutered? It sounds like he is overly possessive. If he is neutered it may be like what they call small dog syndrome. Trainers have called it that anyway. If he isn't neutered you might consider having it done.

Ours go a lot of places we go. We live in a smaller town outside of a big town, and the stores here are very pet-friendly, especially to little ones in carriers. Of course, if we go out to dinner they must stay home.
