I paid $800 for SNoodles last March. |
:animal-sm : Hi, I payed 1200 for Sweetie,Ch. bloodline. And so did my brother. We love them! I think that I would like another. Sweetie is so much fun and very SMART,too! :aimeeyork |
We paid $500 for Chuhga and $1500 for Waya cause he is pretty small. I priced her two puppies at $500 and $400 so people who don't want to lose their heads (like me) can be owned by one. :D |
Sir Arthur $2,950.00 Artie, was and still is advertised on a Internet website for $2,950.00, plus an additional $250.00 for shipping. The Breeder said she would discount him for $1,350.00 since he was a male and older @ 4 months, she claimed that she was going to keep him for herself but he was already over 4 lbs., but no break on the shipping. He flew from West Palm Beach, Florida missed his connecting flight in Newark to Boston. He was stranded in his crate with no food or water for 6 hours, covered in his own urine. What a first impression? His coat was so matted and tangled that he had to have all of it shaved off! He had an Ear Infection, Kennel Cough, Ringworms and his nails had never been trimmed. After all the Vet. bills and 10 months I've had him, I still have not received his "Papers", the Breeder now wants an additional $300.00 for "Full" Registration with the AKC.? Is this making any sense? Not to mention the micro-chip and endless incidentals, this is my first Yorkie by the way......But I wouldn't trade him for the World! My Husband still complains about the money! He is an Angel! (My Yorkie, not my Husband) :p |
That is simply terrible! That is why I don't buy over the internet! I think you were taken--and by a lot! But, I am sure you love your baby, and just hope he is healthy now. He is lucky to have found a loving momma! pat |
Highway Robbery! Well, now I really feel robbed.....I just put the additional $300.00 to my Breeder, in a Over-night letter! Maybe now I'll finally get his AKC. Registration done, it sounds like "Blackmail" to me, but there was no other way. She would not compromise it's been almost a year! Luckily, he's as strong as an ox now and I have no problems with any Bad habits and he does have a champion bloodline. So I would not advise the Internet to anyone. It is very risky you really don't know what you will get? I don't think the price reflects quality and I think the price keeps getting higher due to the demand/publicity? What price can you put on "Unconditional Love" and a built in "Anti-Depressent", he saves me money in the long run.....free Joy & Happiness! :animal-sm |
I paid $1200 for my Yorkie. She's from Texas and I got her in March 1, 2005. |

Yep I paid 1200 CDN for Sheila from champion stock with papers and feel I got a great value. I wanted a smaller yorkie (no, not a teacup...well she may be in the end but the breeders do not use the term or even hint at it) that I could love and would be happy in the big city which = small place. The breeders breed for both tempermaent and show quality. I have a great yorkie with a wonderfull personality and looks to boot :). It's a long story that I wont go in to, but I got pick of the litter for the standard price. |
Tia was $900 because her ears were/are floppy ;) Sandy was $100 |
Jackson :animal-sm Cost me $1800 from NY this past fall. New Yorkie Price! |
