| Silly little girl! Too funny! I wish I had a picture, and if she keeps doing it, I will try to get one for you all to see. Wosie has a carrot flavored edible bone that she loves to munch and play with on our bed. We let her stay with us while we watch TV and she plays with her special toys. She has begun to do this little thing where she throws her bone down, and then puts her head down about 4 inches from the bone, like she is going to try to stand on her head, and then she drags her nose towards the bone like she is using her nose as a shovel to cover the bone up! Yeah, it would be more effective if it were dirt she was working with and not a blanket, lol! But it's so dang funny to watch my husband and I have giggle fits every time! Instinct still dictates action, even if she doesn't have the proper tools to do her burying job! I will try to see if I can snap a picture next time she does it!

| It's funny to watch, isn't it? My little chihuahuas used to do that all of the time. I honestly don't remember Muffin doing that, but I'm sure at one point or another she probably did. I did see Kacee do it when she was quite little. She took a treat and "buried" it next to the baseboard in the bedroom! I don't remember seeing her do it since that day, though.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Cali hides her bones everywhere and she remembers where each one is. She will spend 10 minutes digging a spot for it and then if she sees us looking at her she will take it and find somewhere else to put it.

| Does any of your yorkies flip their bones in the air? My Lacey did it almost each time and we got a kick out of it. She would see her bone lying on the floor and she would be running to it like she was going to attack it. Then, she would flip it in the air like a basketball and high too. She would do this at least 3 times before finally lying down to chew on it. Sometimes it would land on the coffee table from her tossing it in the air. She even did this in the final months before she died. She has been doing it since a puppy. My biggest regret is that I never caught it on film to show everyone. She sure loved those rawhide bones more than anything. |

| I see Kacee throw her bully spring in the air and then she'll stare at it daring it to move. lol I give her pop caps to play with, too, and she'll toss them in the air when she's playing with them.

| lolol Oh yeah, bone tossing here too! Wosie has been doing this since I brought her home. It's too cute to see her toss it. We call it "people fetch". She has also begun typing. I am sitting on the bed with my lap top right now, and every now and then she runs over and taps on the keyboard with her paws. I am trying to correct this behavior, but so far she does not understand "no doggy typing"! They are so cute, aren't they??

| Edie does all those things! She "buries" her food and toys with invisible dirt. It is the craziest thing. She also tosses her bones/treats in the air and looks like she is going to pounce on them. Sometimes she gets lucky and tosses is across the room! I love watching her play like this. |

| Chloe does this same thing it is so funny she will hide her food her treats and her toys and she will do that nose thing for like 5 minuts like she is hiding something it is sooo funny. Yesterday when I was cleaning house I picked up their blanket to wash it and like 15 treats and food fell out!
