Just spoke to my regular vet whose been out of town this weekend. He's the one who opened him up thinking he would find a blockage, but found the other instead. He was shocked and so excited of my report. He said he honestly didn't think he was going to make it, but didn't want to tell me that.... He will resume his care in the morning.

I'm just so happy right now.... I know he has a ways to go, but he's on the homestretch!!! I am just going to keep praying!

I'm so glad that you're hearing such positives after such a rough time.

I'd think he'll get stronger and stronger since he's holding down liquids and soon food hopefully

Oh my gosh - I think I would have a heart attack if I got that call, but so very glad to hear little Mack Brown is doing better and holding down water. Hopefully the food will stay down too. Poor little guy has been through a lot over the last week or so. Love his picture - he sure is a beautiful little boy! Still sending prayers up for him and you too Kendra!

Headed to Amarillo to pick macky up and transfer him to my regular vet. as of 10 pm last night, he had eaten a little bit of food all by himself and at that time, it was still safely in his tummy!!! He still isn't drinking on his own. I will update after I find out more this morning.... Again, THANK YOU for all or your support and prayers!!!

That's great news that he's keeping his food down too....sounds like he is much better. Sounds like the er vet has been taking good care of him, even though they scared the bejeebers out of you last night.
