Im so gald he is doing well, you have been through hell and back the last few days, he is a special little guy with a special mommy. I hope all continues to go well, he is a little fighter

Just got home from trick or treating with my skin kids and HAD to check in on Mack before watching a Movie and going to bed.......THIS JUST MADE MY NIGHT!!! <3 <3 <3
I'm soooo happy that he's home with his family! What a true miracle!!! Prayers for his continued recovery!!

Yea!!!! So glad to hear Mack is home! I know you must be ecstatic Kendra! I will continue to say prayers for Mack - he still has a road of recovery ahead of him from all the surgeries and everything else the poor little one has been through. But this is the best news I have seen all day! :)

Thank you all!!! I have held my little man wrapped up in his favorite blankie all night. I just can't seem to put him down!! He has slept about 95% of the time, which I know he still feels so bad. He has eaten a good tablespoon of food (by slowly licking it off my finger) and has even lapped up a couple drinks of water on his own. I feel so blessed to have him lying in my arms..... If either me or my husband make a move, he opens his eyes as if to make sure we aren't leaving him. I cannot put into words how I feel.... But just know I love you all for praying for my Mack.... I truly believe that is the reason I am holding him close tonight

Happy to hear he is home and resting. Try and get some rest yourself too. Your YT friends are all praying and keeping watch over your little Mack.

they don't leave the needle it, it's just a plastic catheter, and they're not very long.

WOW~Kendra that was quite intense!! :O I was reading through the posts so quickly!! My heart felt sick when I read the part about that crazy phone call~but super relieved when it was the wrong line!!OH MY~not a good mistake to make!!! I am so glad he is ok!! That must've been a traumatizing experience for both of you!! I really do believe in prayer & am thankful Mack is doing so great!! Phew~I need a coffee!! Hope you are having a great day with him today!!:)

Shut off the clock, put robe on, Let doggies out, turn on pot, click on lap top so we can check on Mack, go potty, let doggies in, pour a cup, read updates, YAHOO !

Prayer of thanks, prayer for continued healing, good thoughts, hugs and love for our Mack and his family.

Now making breakfast for my Yorkies, what a good way to start the day.

Hi everyone!! Mack had a good night...Slept on his favorite pillow (a past GE gift from Linda44 to Bevo that he claimed!!) right beside my head. I bet I woke up a million times to look at him and make sure he was ok and breathing! I teared up as I went to bed last night and told my husband that I was so thankful, because I was so scared that Id never have Mack next to me at night again....

He is still very weak. He will eat a small bite of his RX food every 30 min to an hour, but just isn't interested in water. The vet said the food is 70% water though, so as long as he will eat he should stay hydrated. I'm going to make some chicken broth here in a bit and see if that will interest him....He is so frail, and I can feel every bone in his little body....Day by day, he will get stronger.

Mack is a little miracle and that is one wonderful report! Eating yet! Unbelievable how well he is doing. What a wonderful answer to prayer he is.
