| He is wrong. You are right. When my Mom comes down for the winter the Yorkies are so happy to see her. Mom is a diabetic. When her suger goes high Gracie starts licking her arms or legs and whines. We check and it is very high. Rubin also does this but he also alerts us when it goes too low. They have not been trained in any way for this, they can tell. So far they have never been wrong.

| Princess knows. Whether it's a migraine, the flu or even depression she is there to baby me. She'll sleep by my side for an entire day or if I'm up she wont ask me to play or anything. I think she doesn't want to get me worked up. She also gives tons of 'free' kisses & just plain mellows out.

| Absolutely! My two girls will not leave my side (or any of the family's) during an illness or just being upset. They are so sweet!

I used to have a tabby. She passed years ago, but I still miss her.

| Well I have 5 so getting them into one picture would be a challenge. I have a tabby her name is Pumpkin. Then I have 3 calicos and one blk and white striped. They are a Mom cat and her 4 children

| When I cry my dogs always come to me and want to be with me in my lap and start kissing me.

| Yorkie Yakker | We have not had Jesse long enough to know how aware she is, but I know animals can be aware of the fact you are sick. I have a cat that absolutely is aware of me. When I have a migraine so bad I cannot get out of bed, she stays right there the entire day. It is very comforting. I think the personality of the pet has a lot to do with it. Just like people some are more empathetic than others. |

| Yes, they do. I found out I was pregnant because Lily kept laying by my stomach and kissing it. She generally sleeps at my feet and you get one kiss each morning-that's all. |

| I think most dogs do know when you are sick. My poodles always lay with me and let me rest. However, my little yorkie-man, Rocky, who is 14-1/2, has never had any mercy for me when I don't feel well! |
