| Wow! First off, I am soooo glad you got your Callie back. I can't believe someone would truly accept the reward. I can't even imagine. I had a dog wander onto our yard last year and I let him right in our house. Thankfully he had tags on with a cell phone number and I can't even imagine keeping him and waiting to see reward signs, etc. Wow! Either way, I am just so happy she is back in your arms!!!!

| I am so glad you have your pupster back safe and sound. How terrible that your neighbor did not check the tags and then took the reward money. I would never take a cash reward under any circumstances for returning someone's beloved pet. Seeing the family happy would be reward enough for me.

| Thanks God she is back home and safe Quote:
What a "witch" how can she be so close to you and not know the Callie , I'm sure she knew what she was hoping for and she got it. Well belived me that money is going to burn a hold in her pocket. Everyone within a 2 square block for sure have seen me with my 2 little ones out there 3-6 times a day. I mean you can't miss us standing in front or around the corner of our house. 4 houses away and to keep that poor thing in the yard. Too bad she didnt bark as you call her name. My Miley is the same way, I go nuts sometime in the house looking for her and I call and I call and I will yell TREAT! When she is ready she will come out from wherever she is hiding, she finds a new place to hide every few day. Count your blessing , you have Callie back and she is safe in her mommy arms, Your money you can replace, but Callie she is one of a kind. manina, miley, max | |

| I'm happy that you got Callie back but I can't believe that your "neighbor" would do something like that. I think she waited for a reward to be posted. Some people just don't have morals. Recently one of the neighborhood kids "lost" their iPod in my townhouse area. I did my own detective work and found out that one of the little kids (3yrs. old) took it. The dad whose kid lost the iPod touch was giving a reward of $20. for the return of it. I made my son get it back from said little boy (whose 14 year old brother was using it) and give it back to the dad. I told my son to not accept the reward. Because it was just the right thing to do. He refused the reward several times. The dad still insisted on giving my son the money, and I then told my son it was ok. He was just glad to get back a $300 gadget. Sorry for rambling. I just really believe on doing what's right and in Karma.

| I don't know how large of neighborhood you live in, but maybe you could have some "thank you" posters made and placed around the neighborhood thanking those that helped in the search and then also state which neighbor "found" her. You could even put on the poster that this person accepted the reward money...... " And a special thanks to XXXXXX for taking care of Callie the 4 days she was lost." She'll get hers one day. Glad the baby is back where she belongs.

| Your neighbor should be ashamed of herself! Granted I do not know her financial situation, but wrong is just wrong - and she was wrong. I wonder how long she had your baby and if she just waited until you offered the reward to return her. Glad you got your baby back. Sorry you have to deal with people like her. |

| Thank god you got her back..... sounds like she was going to sell her till she saw your $500.00 reward and I guess that was a lot easer to get money that way. What goes around comes around.

YT Addict | wow, a neighbor 4 doors down should have been helping you look. You were obviously upset. Can't believe she would take reward. I would be very careful now that this has happened. She may try to steal the dog for money again. You do not need to be stressed like that. Thank God your baby is ok and home again. |
