I fully agree that there are lots of things to be upset about here on YT, but that doesn't mean that people should ONLY be upset about the worst of the worst. How people behave with their dogs in public ends up affecting all dog owners for better or worse.

Sometimes if you wag your finger, you shouldn't be surprised if someone wags back.

again.. we are all good people. I agree about the "tone" in the written word being hard to see.. and I think we do misunderstand a lot. But... and I am going to put myself out there... if someone makes a negative comment to or about someone else if we don't "wag back" we are agreeing with the negative.
I admire that many have defended the op..

No one can "read" tone. We interpret the written word through our own filters. What one person says is rude, someone else will view as blunt and another person will view as common sense and dead on.

So before you start wagging your finger at someone and calling them rude, please remember that by saying that, someone else may consider you to be just as rude.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled programming.

I agree, it seems the Unofficial Polite Police have a new chief so often on YT that I can't keep track. As far as I'm concerned, the YT Police force consists of Admin and his official moderators.

It is funny some are okay with rule breaking and that is okay but we are rude for saying its not okay. There are alot of people that read these posts what are we conveying to them when we go along that its okay to sneak a dog into a store. Our we being adults or like children

Thank you to the people who supported me on this thread, you obviously have read all my posts and realize that I made a mistake by saying I would have to be more sneakier, you also obviously read the thread where I said I would stand outside where there was food and No pets allowed stores.
I have learned a tough lesson. Once again, I will not take my pup in stores where they are not allowed! I do appreciate everyones opinion, however I also do feel some people on here are rude. with that being said, I am new to this forum, and will never ever post a new thread again! Too much Drama over a simple statement. Thanks again for all of you who did understand that I meant no harm, and for those of you who dwell on this.....move on....enjoy your furbaby, and work on teaching instead of insulting.

I will go back to google for learning. Thats how I found this forum in the first place.

There's a difference, and it IS sometimes hard to tell with the written word. I guess I try to stop and think if I would want someone saying that to me, how it might make me feel, and even if it could be misinterpreted. Well, usually. Sometimes I fail,

, miserably.

One of my fears is hurting someone's feelings or insulting them without meaning to, and then never knowing I did. Ya'll just let me know if that happens...I would want to set things right.
