Clothing??what,when,why??

I dress Rmey most days. I like the tshirt type outfits for everyday. She has pj that I love but I only put them on her when it is cool. Sometimes I put tshirts on for her at night instead of pj (if she gets cold)

I love to dress her and she does have some really cute outfits.. and bows.. we have been really lucky in the GE!!!
I always have a new "holiday" dress for the holidays.

Even in hot weather I keep her topknot in and match harness to the bow.

There is just something about a Yorkie in clothes that make them look so sweet. I love to see them.
I am also thinking maybe it's a Home Depot in Jacksonville, Florida that will not let dogs in???? At least when I walk in a Lowes, I parade right in, showing her off. LOL !!

The Home Depot where I live in BC, Canada has a new policy of no dogs. They recently started it because someone was bitten.

I usually only dress Poppy at the weekend when we go out together, unless it's really bad weather then she always wears a coat. I don't usually have her wear clothes in the house so she is really good at letting me put them on her, because she knows wearing clothes means she is going for a walk.

I have discovered that not only can you take a onesie and turn it into a tshirt,but if you purchase one a little bigger,put a seam down what would be the tummy and cut in an Aline,it makes a REAL cute tshirt dress. I did this to a onesie type romper that had ruffles at the neck for Mina. It turned out sooooo cute,its cooler than her dressy dresses and it stretches so she can be comfy.

My gang own a ton of clothes and accesories...I don't dress them every single day but most days I do. They like it...one in particular LOVES to get dressed. If they hated it I wouldn't.

Jack don't care if he wears clothes or not. Josie would perfer not to. If they think we are going some where you can't keep them still long enough to put the clothes on.
I mainly only dress them if we are going somewhere. In the winter time, when it is very cold I'll put a shirt on for the inside and of course sweater of jacket if we go outside. I don't leave them during the day with clothes on when I am not here.

All of mine have a ton of clothes as well. Around the house they wear casual clothes like shirts or they are just naked. When they go out they wear dresses or vests. I always prefer cotton or satin as I want them to be as comfortable as possible. We do have a ton of bows so that any outfit they wear they can wear a bow that goes with it. They do have pj's but we wear them mostly in the colder months. No shoes though but I would like to get some someday for walking around in town.

They don't mind wearing clothes and a few love to wear clothes. Destiny for example will get super excited when she sees you with a dress out and will run over and stand in position for you to put it on, lol.

So far I have not came across anyone who has ever said anything bad about putting clothes on dogs. Most comment on how cute they look in them.

Aside from how cute Mina is in clothes,one of the girls that Ive known all my life asked me not long ago "why do you dress your dog?" My answer was "because I can". She was ok with my response and to her it made sense.

I agree with you. I also wanted to add, because I like to. I really enjoy dressing my little girl up.

I have discovered that with just a tiny alteration,Carter size NB sleevless dressed fit Mina and they are sooo cute. Sams' $6 she got a dress and a strappy onesie (like a sunsuit). At some point I want to take some pictures of some of the things that I have altered.
