Just got a text from the vets office. Mina is out of surgery and doing well. Tech said that she is trying to wake up now. I can pick her up around 4pm.

Mom is still organizing her sewing room,finishing a sewing project and moving on to reorganizing the media around here.

We are home. She has pottied and had a little chicken. Im hoping that she will take a nap. She cried all of the way home,but she is a very vocal baby so I kind of expected it. She cried at the staff all day because they weren't holding her.
She get pain meds for the next 3 days. The only thing that we didn't talk about was stitches out. I'll just call in the morning or ask when they call me.

Thank you all for letting me be a worried mommy person today. I have totally rearranged all of my fabric (moved it to another floor and room in my house),moved books where the fabric was,sent my son to GoodWill with a car load and completely redone my husbands cd collection,,,mine is tomarrow.

I think that I will just sit here xstitch and hold my baby.

I'm glad Mina is doing well! It was hard on me when Zoe had hers a couple months ago as well. In fact, the next morning I had a pilates lesson and I took her to it with me and had my instructor hold her the whole lesson!

(BTW, she went from, "OOOO I'm not really a dog person," to "OMG I'm in love with this dog, I want to get one!" in an hour!

)
Keep loving on Mina and enjoy the couch and the snuggles!

So glad to hear that Mina is home and doing well. That's great that she has already gone potty and a had few bites of chicken.

Dear YT friends,
Mommy read all of your well wishes to me and it is nice to know that everyone loves me so much.
I was picked up about 4pm and I was soooo glad to see Mommy. Miss Tracy at the vets office was to busy to hold me all day so I fussed at her. I didnt like the ride home either. After I got home I ate and took a loooong nap with my brothers Skittles and Amigo on Mommy's couch. When I woke up I was still hungry and wanted to play. Mommy says that I cannt jump or chase my brothers for a couple of days ,but I really want to. She did let me chase ice cubes in the waterbowl for a few minutes.

Thank you again for all of your love and prayers. Its like having lots of Aunts and Uncles.
