| OH boy the heat here in nyc is horrible also. humidity is unbearable. My little guy hates this weather. out for like 5 minutes and he is panting and just wants to go back home. when we get back in the house he runs to his water bowl and drinks up and then throws himself on the couch!! We have been playing alot of games in the house also...

| 92 degrees here. When it starts getting hot I just stay home. I was out taking pictures of Rosie and within 15 minutes her tongue was out and she was burning up. So, inside to the air we went. Remember when we had such pretty spring and fall days? Now it just seems like it is hot or cold. No in between!

| It been pretty steady 98 to 100ish here in TX. The dogs have been doing laps in the pool and we have been running errands in the morning. When it is this kind of hot,I spend my afternoons 2-4 in the house with my dogs, kids and sewing machine. |

| It is kind of weird that all of you are having hot hot weather when we are not. California is usually pretty warm this time of year. I can't complain too much because once our hot kicks in we have it until October or so. My son is getting married in a week. It is an outdoor evening wedding, but the nights have been so chilly I'm thinking we are going to have to rent those heaters for the evening. Weird weather all over!

| YT Addict | I'm in Texas as well....need I say more....its just too frickin hot, we got no spring at all. Gizmo hates the heat, I would give anythng for a nice 60-70 degree day so we can go for a walk. I've been keeping him inside all day, the only time he gets to go out is in the morning when we run errands in the car. I also have a full blooded german shepherd with 7 4 week old puppies on my deck porch. so on top of trying to keep Gizmo busy, I have a puppy routine as well, they are brought inside at noon each day once it has gotten too hot outside. I created a pin in my kitchen and feed them goats milk 3 times a day until I put them back outside around 8:30 at night to feed with mama. I just don't do well in hot temps, and on top of it all the hubby wants to complain about the electric bill with the air conditioner running all the time, I looked at him like he had 2 heads and said ''get over it buddy''.....lmao ![]()

"HAPPY WIFE,,,HAPPY LIFE" Ya know TX girls can be a bit cranky when the temps rise outside. We only have two seasons here Winter (frigin cold) and Summer (burnin hot). Spring, what spring? |

| No Longer a Member | I'll be there round the first couple weeks in September, no flight date yet but should be the beginning sometime. I figure it should start cooling off by then, that's pretty standard for everyone, but if it's a weird year I guess there is no telling, lol. |

You are lucky! Everywhere I have been in FL is disgustingly hot most of the year, I can't stand FL humidity (went to Orlando in March and my hair got sooo frizzy, it was so humid every day lol) and all the random rain storms! Ugh. I guess I need visit where you live!

| I have to walk Teddy really early in the morning and then really late at night (around 8PM well late for us anyway) because by the time it's 10-11AM here it's already in the 90's and then by 2PM 100 something....I hate it...it even makes the pool unbearable

| We've had a break here finally, and traded the blazing sun for overcast & rainy skies. At least this way my A/C works!
