Puppies have lots of energy. I would be glad he is running it off. How about getting him a puppy harness and taking him out for a walk? Did you sit in one room calmly when you were a kid?

Its very normal, I highly doubt bumping her nose will harm her in anyway. I love the zoomies

I used to joke when my Cricket was a puppy. She used to take off running in a circles around the coffee table. It was always when she was really happy. It was like she was saying, "I'm so happy, I could ruunnnnn!"

How I miss her!

The zoomies are the best part of my day....and theirs I think also. Whatever we are doing when they start we all stop and watch the show. They have a GREAT time chasing each other and the game is always changing. When the zoomies are done it is nap time and they sure love their naps too. Just sit back relax and enjoy the show.

I spend more time than ever at my parents just so Princess can go have the zoomies with their dogs. It will last the entire time we're there-even if it's 6 hours! lol. But she crashes (for a few minutes

) as soon as we get home. Like I've said before, her time there is comparable to me at Disney World.
