*The boxer in the pool is kind of big for the size of the pool, but for small yokies works perfect.

That is actually a boston terrier, they are a small breed, about 20lbs.

I bought mine a pool one year and they didn't really care for it but they will play with their water bowls, go figure, lol.

You're right, it is a very pretty red Boston (off standard). I've thought about getting Mojo a pool, too, but I do wonder if he'd use it. He's a good boy when he gets his bath, but you can tell he's kinda suffering in silence.

I bought a kiddie hard plastic pool for my dogs we also live on the lake and they enjoy both But the pool is always ready in their yard. They run out and jump in it all the time I have to change the water often as after they seem to find mud in the grass yard But they truly love it When we get out on the lake we have a big raft thing they all love will get pictures and share this summer

I dont have a pool but we have a stream that my husband put in our yard. Right now it isnt running because my Husbands redoing it but the liner is down and water pools in it and both of my yorkies will walk through it. It was funny the other day was in the 90s and Jewels just went over and sat in it. When its running chachi runs through the running water of the waterfalls all down the stream it is so funny and cute

my one doesnt evan look at the pool.. if I try to play with and the water she just runs back inside.. better like that for me.. I lost the yorkie that was the love of my life like that... my sister was looking after her and let her go outside alone.. she drowned :S.. horrible..

A couple of years ago, I bought my girls a little baby pool, thinking that they would be nice and safe and be able to play in the water. I added a couple of inches of water to it, and they proceeded to DRINK out of it They wouldn't go INTO it, though:P Little stinkers! I say spend as little as possible until you know whether they'll like it or not.

Get some pictures if you can

Mine wouldn't go near the thing- so I took to throwing their favorite toys into the pool- it forced them to go in and get them out!
