Mina sleeps in her little bed next to my pillow,but she doesn't stay there. She somehow ends up on my pillow (nose to nose). When she is wiggly I swaddle her just like I did my children and she goes right to sleep.

Belle and Oliver both sleep in bed with me. Belle is either on my pillow right behind my head or snuggled up next to my chest. Oliver likes to be near me, but not touching me when sleeping. He is usually down at the foot of the bed.

Before Belle came into our family I had several cats also sleeping in the bed, but she gets very territorial at night and has chased them all away!

Gracie has slept with me from the first night. I put her carrier on my bed to try to sooth her the first night. I ended up caving in and letting her sleep on a blanket next to me. During the night she got up and went in the carrier and went pee, then came back out and went to sleep next to me again. From then on I put her framed pee pad at the bottom of the bed and she used it when necessary during the night. She is old enough now not to need her potty on the bed anymore. She has her own doggy steps that she climbs up on the bed with. They certainly save me a lot of leaning over to put her up and down. She loves to get under the blanket when she is feels cold. I know this is all contrary to how most dog trainers would tell you to train your dog, but it has worked well for us and I enjoy having her close to me.

All of mine have slept with me since the day I got them. I was lucky we never had any accidents in the bed. We have a king sized bed and some days I swear that was not big enough, even tho they were 2 1/2 pounds, 4 pounds and 10 pounds. Now we only have the one she is 10 pounds and still there are some days I think even a king size bed is not big enough for Her Royal Highness. I end up with my hubby on my side of the bed me usually on the floor by morning, my hubby tells me "Pixie pushed me over" I realy "she is 10 pounds, you are 270 and you are trying to tell me she PUSHED you?" he insists she does. I do not believe him somehow LOL.

Lately since the loss of our little boy she will come to bed for treats then as soon as treats are gone she goes to sleep in the laundry basket in our room as long as there are clothes in it.

I work days and hubby works nights so she comes to bed with me at night and then in the morning when Daddy goes to bed she goes with him as well, altho during the day she leaves after treats and comes downstairs.

I would not have it any other way!!!

All three of mine sleep w/me...Mine weigh 4, 5 & 6 lbs., and we sleep on a queen sized bed;I have no room...what'sup w/that lol...

Teddi sleeps right between our pillows at the head of the bed and has since night one...we tried the pen in our room next to the bed and that lasted all of 10 minutes! Now he herds me into the bedroom when he's ready to go...

My Gracie would paw at the top of the covers by my shoulder until I would lift them up and let her get under the covers with me. She died a year and a half ago. I still really miss her.

Chibi loves to sleep in the middle of me and bf. He has his own stair case so he can get into bed. He snuggles under the covers. BF always says Chibi pushes him off the bed but I don't think my little angel would do that

bella loves to sleep in the bed with us, we bought her a large dog pillow to put beside the bed too, bella sleeps anywhere aslong as its in the same room as us, shes a good dog when it comes to sleep time, she will sleep all through the night no problems

I started letting Thor sleep in bed with my hubby and I and the first few nights he laid down at the foot of the bed and there he woke up the next morning. Lately my husbands restless legs bother him and he starts out in the bed then wakes me up to get him down so he can sleep in his crate. It's funny, the crate is next to my side and I dont even close the door he just goes in there and stays there. Some nights I wish I could do that so that I could get some sleep LOL.

Lulu does something similar, if its a hot night and one of us is moving around a little too much, lulu will go sleep at the foot of the bed. Sometimes if we are all taking a nap in the middle of the day and she is sleeping with us... if we move around too much, she will relocate somewhere else, and i swear to god, sometimes it looks like she gives us a dirty look or something.. its too funny

Maddie does the same thing. Actually I think she gets 3/4 of my pillow and my head gets the remaining 1/4 and then the mattress

Monkey starts off under the covers nestled in tight against me but is always on top of the covers by morning. That poor baby always wakes up looking like he just landed on the wrong side of the bed with the most wild hairdo.

Also, Monkey always wakes up quite crotchety ready to hit the snooze button where as Maddie is excited to start her day!
