| Thunder Shirt seems to be working Well it started to thunder and I ran to get the Thunder Shirt for Scooter and his sis Bitsy. They both have responded very well and right now are sitting at my feet. Bitsy usually is shaking so hard and panting but she's much calmer now. Scooter is fussing with the shirt, rolling around like a nut but at least he's not panting. I'm very impressed.

| That's great news! I'm so glad mine isn't scared of thunderstorms. I worked really hard with her to help her not be afraid. I don't know if that worked or if she just isn't that nervous about them. Anyway, I'm glad the thundershirt is helping. It's awful to see them so scared.

| It's a Velcro closing wrap that kinda swaddles your dog and helps the anxiety that goes with thunder storms. Both of my dogs were very scared of thunder so I thought I'd give it a try. Today there was a lot of thunder and I put on the shirts. Both dogs responded well to them by not panting nearly as much as before the shirts. They are not completely calm but they are much better than last time it stormed. It must work on the same principle as swaddling babies.

| My Ms Daisy is so scared of thunder she paws at me until I let her climb up shoulder, and even then she shivers. I have read that light pressure makes cows more comforatable (in Animals in Translation). I would be very interested in this if a lot of Yorkie (and other dog) owners think it really makes a difference with their pets. Temple Grandin - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia |

| We got Callies a few weeks ago and both times it has worked great no shaking, not panting, no walking around around nervously. Tonight when we used it she actually layed down and went to sleep. If you buy it and it doesn't work you can return it which it what makes it worth taking the risk.

| Now if I could just get one that would help me during bad storms.

| Ha! Ya'll joint the club. I am the one shaking and panting in our house while Tibbe sleeps or barks or growls at the thunder. I'm a mess during a storm but my Yorkies have always been cool during bad weather. I guess they look at me and get disgusted and don't want to act like me!
