It's a Velcro closing wrap that kinda swaddles your dog and helps the anxiety that goes with thunder storms. Both of my dogs were very scared of thunder so I thought I'd give it a try. Today there was a lot of thunder and I put on the shirts. Both dogs responded well to them by not panting nearly as much as before the shirts. They are not completely calm but they are much better than last time it stormed. It must work on the same principle as swaddling babies.
