| Anyone's baby cry actual tears? Whitney soaks her face when she is upset! Poor little thing sobs, and it breaks my heart. I've never seen a dog shed tears when it cries, and certainly not this much! I left her in our little hallway (her area when we aren't home and can't take her, bout the size of an xpen) this morning while I went for a run. I was gone for 2 hours, and this is what I came home to...a soaking wet muzzle! She looks likes this every time I leave her. Anyone else's little prince/princess cry like this??

| I read somewhere that when you go to leave the house you shouldn't make a big deal about saying goodbye and just go quietly. That's what we have always done with Sophie and it seems to have worked. She is accepting that we have to leave sometimes but knows we always come back soon. Whitney is a cutie

| Thank you. I never make a big deal out of leaving, I've read that too. I put her in her area just before I put my shoes on, and I just leave! She is NOT ok with being left alone. I've only had her for a few weeks, so I'm hoping she learns to cope with it, but so far it hasn't gotten better. My neighbor told me yesterday that when I was at class wednesday night she cried off and on the whole time. They could hear her from their garage! He felt so bad for her and asked me to leave him a key so he could go in and get her when she does that next time. Poor thing. I had faith that she stopped crying after we left but apparently that isn't the case!

| I'm pretty sure I've seen Kacee do that a few times, too. It just breaks your heart.
