Some of the reasons you love Yorkies so much?

I love it that he needs me, that he loves me so much, that he is totally cute, that he cuddles, that he lets me cuddle him.
He is so sweet.

My son gave me my Abby as a thank you for always being there for him. What a blessing she has been to my husband and I. Now we have Penny too. She was a rescue momma from a breeder that no longer wanted her.

I love that they don't shed and they "don't smell doggie." This is one reason I kind of stay clear of other dogs. They are lovable, caring and stuborn, but most of the time they do what I say anyway.

We live in a Mobile Home community and everyone wants to pet them on their walks. Everyone knows Abby and Penny! They strut their stuff like no other dog I've ever seen. We are extremely proud parents of our two girls!

I'm not gonna lie..I wanted a Yorkie so I could put cute little bows in her hair and dress her up! Now that I've had her for awhile I realize that they are so much more than that...spunky, fiesty, and fearless little creatures they are. Marley holds my heart in her little paw <3

My parents got a Yorkie after all of us kids moved out. Her name was Abbey and she was the light of my daddy's life. When she passed away, dad was so devastated they never got another one. A few years later my mom bought a Shih Tzu. I feel in love with Maggie. I decided that I was going to buy a Shih Tzu. However, my sister in law had Rosie and needed to find her a home. She asked me to give a Yorkie a chance. She came over that night with Rosie and I feel in love! I still remember her looking at me with her little tongue out because she was nervous. It didn't take her long to figure out she had hit the mother load!

Now, she is the light of my life. She loves me unconditionally. She wants to be babied, held, cuddled, all of the things my teenage kids no longer want from me. And that I still need!

But I must admit, I really really like dressing her up and putting bows in her hair!! I have boys so Rosie is my little girl!
