| it is simple.. if you feel at all guilty about where you got your little love.. make efforts to educate people and save other puppies. Maybe one day there will not be any puppy mills or pet stores to rip our hearts out!!

| Both of mine came from a broker. Which probably isn't much better than a pet store. But I had always heard to not buy from a pet store, so I have stayed away from them. I had no idea what a broker was in reference to a dog. The only brokers I knew were stock brokers, seriously. Buster has not been so healthy, but he's the most loyal and loving 5 pounds of puppy I have ever known.

| I think its awesome that you "saved" him. I would never be mean to someone who is trying to help a poor helpless puppy..

| Moshe didn't come to us on the up and up either. I knew it going in and I knew it wasn't the ideal situation but no way could I say no to that face. I may have been supporting a BYB in a way (our situation was a bit different) but at least Moshe is warm and loved and eating good food and playing with toys and etc etc I don't regret it. Bless your soft kind heart!

| I wouldn't be able to take looking into those little eyes either, those places just tear me up. I can't watch those animal neglet/abuse commercials without crying every time. So glad that you saved that sweet baby, I would have done the same! |
