Worry, stress and guilt. Skin kids and fur kids alike. Those are the emotions I feel most of my days.

When I first brought Mojo home, I kept checking on him to make sure he was breathing, just like I did with my son when he was a newborn.

About a week and a half ago, I had to get surgery. This required Mojo to stay at my niece's for a few days. It was awful! I was barely out of recovery when I was texting her to check on him. Even though I know my niece and her fiance are responsible animal lovers, I was so worried that he would get stepped on or someone would drop him or some other tragedy would occur. My niece kept sending me pictures of Mojo so I could see that he was OK. LOL.
