Any one of us can look at our WET yorkies and see the little pointy face...Hair does help

she is just adorable - bless you for taking her in...she is a little doll

They are probably jealous.
Jim, my other half, calls them rats too, we have 12. But he loves our 'rats' they crawl all over him. Don't let it bother you. She is precious, very pretty girl

hahaha...not only do they crawl all over us they are little SCAVENGERS too - Mine are little PACK-RATS...saving and hiding everything from their own stuff to my stuff...it's so freakin cute.

My Madison has a flatter face and cottony coat and my Zach has a pointy nose and silky coat.

You baby is precious and as long as YOU love her, why would you care what anyone thinks of her, you are not asking them to take care of her, tell them to have a GOOD look at themselves in the mirror

Your baby is absolutely gorgeous and she does NOT look like a hairy rat - what a mean and spiteful thing to say!!!

I do agree with those that think when her hair grows out on her snout that it will look less pointy. Rowdy looks like he has a very short snout, but when he is wet, his snout looks pointy too!

She is lucky to have a mom who loves her so much - and you are lucky to have such a beauty. Enjoy!

Daisy is lovely and you are wonderful for taking her into your home at an older age. Don't listen to those nasty comments. If someone said that to me, I would have told them they can take their comments and stick 'em where the sun don't shine

Daisy is beautiful. I have had people call Dudley a rat, ankle biter, useless piece of dog, and all kinds of mean things. I have figured out that they are so jealous that they can't say anything nice. I am sure you have run into people like that. My Dudley is beautiful. My vet says that he is a perfect little speciman of a yorkie. He used to raise them for show so he ought to know. Next time someone says something hurtful, just remember that she is very lovely and they are just being mean to rile you up.
