Different "style, shape" faces of yorkies...
 
The more I look at Daisy, and the more I look at alot of the yorkies on this site, and other seaches online..she really has a much pointier face than alot of others?? Wonder why that is?
It make seem to change once her hair grows in more....ya think?

That is one thing about this breed that I love...they are almost as many different looks of yorkies as there are yorkies!! There are some breeds whee all of the dogs look identical with maybe some slight variation in color yorkies are a varied breed and I love the meetups I go to and the pictures i see on here of the different yorkies because there is such variety!

And the best part is ...they are ALL cute!! I have never seen an ugly yorkie!!! :)

Hi Amy, My Chloe has a very tiny little face and her nose is a little pointy.
The third pic on my avatar shows what she looks like now. Some Yorkies have more of a flat face and their heads are a little bigger. They are all very beautiful in their own little ways. Don't worry, I bet Daisy is a gorgeous baby doll. Please send pictures.

Oh Im not saying they aren't ALL gorgeous..and of course Daisy is ! But its just that she seems to have a pointier face than alot Ive seen...and its true, there are so many different types :)

But like I said also....maybe because they had her hair so short, its seems more that way...and once it grows in , it wont (make sense? lol)

Just like humans , the have different faces .

This is not because of the hair , it is the shape of her head , don't worry she is normal .

Thanks YT'ers...I guess I was jst feeling kinda bad because I had someone today tell me that she looked like a hairy rat!! I was shocked..she does not!!!!!!!!!

I am enjoying her though..she already follows me everywhere!

My friend Micheline have one that look similar to yours and she don't pay attention to some mean comments from others so don't worry about what people says .

Yorkies do come in all sizes/shapes and faces but!!!! your Daisy will look MUCH different and more Yorkielike with HAIR. Check this out. Talk about extreme example! Glad to hear you are doing so well. She sounds like a big love and she is so lucky that she has you.

Daisy is really really cute. Don't let anyone make you think that she isn't perfect. I also love her beautiful red/gold color! She is precious!

yes there are a lot of different looking Yorkies and they are all adorable.Your baby is very pretty.

She is a cutie. When my girls are wet (in their baths) the shape of their faces look like Daisey's.
So, when her facial hair and beard grow back, she will look more normal, as you call it. But she is adorable. I'm always giving mine hair cuts, and since I do it all myself, never telling what's going to be the end result! lol The good thing is that is always grows back! :thumbup:

Susan and Little Bit are littermates and my mom has been saying that Little Bit's nose is longer and sharper than Susan's. But I don't think so. Susan's nose is the same when she's wet. But her hair is longer all around her face and especially her "mustache" so her face looks rounder. I think that's all it is.
