| Poor little thing. Good for you adopting her. You can do a doggie DNA for around $70.00. I adopted a rescue from the Bichon rescue - he was labled a bichon mix. I had his DNA tested and he is 100% maltese. Who would have known. You little one looks yorkie to me. Welcome. Cherie

| Welcome to YT and congrats on your new addition. Believe it or not, I went to a playgroup this past weekend and there were alot of Yorkies and no two looked exactly alike! Different sizes, different coloring, ears up, ears down. They're all lovable. Best of Luck! |

| She looks like a yorkie to me but who cares. She is a real doll and whatever she is you rescued her. Now she is going to have a good life and you can be proud that you took her. She had a bad start in life, now it's up to you to make her life wonderful. Papers don't mean anything and who cares if she's 2 or 4 she's still you're baby. Oh and btw welcome to you and your new baby to YT. What's her name? Send photos when you get her groomed I bet she's gonna be beautiful. I should say more beautiful than she is already. |

| She looks like a yorkie to me I have a pic I think in an album of my Binky who passed in January her ears were down as well but its still cute. god bless you for taking her under you wing and she sure looks happy to be with you. I just did the same thing it will be 3 weeks on friday pulled mine from a back yard breeder though its probably worse and I can't even look up where she actually lived on google for fear of needing to have myself sedated. Savannah is adorable and since I didn't know much of her history I had my vet run a full workup on her including stool samples and got her microchipped as well. She has lots of fears but she's a yorkie through and through and with lots of love and attention she's starting to shine like the diamond she is. here are a few links to a few pics of my binky one of her in a full coat and one of her walking in the snow ...the snow one she followed my daughters pom out and was not to happy all of a sudden..lol Login | Facebook Login | Facebook |

| I did check to see if anyone was missing her and so far, no one is. She isn't microchiped either. I am really thinking she was flipped. Maybe the person I got her from got her from a shelter or something and wanted to make a quick buck off of her. I just figured out yesterday that dog flipping is a BIG problem around here...people look for free dogs and try and sell them, calling it a rehoming fee. How people can do that is beyond me. I could NEVER do something like that..I love animals WAY too much! |
