| I'm with everyone else... DO NOT buy a dog at that price with LP & is 1 1/2 yrs old!! Why are they selling a dog that old for that price anyway?? I obviously don't understand that high of a price because I have rescued all 4 of mine & have never paid over $265 for a purebred! One of mine has stage 3 LP.The rescue found out after I sent my deposit, when they took this little 3 yr old puppy mill momma in for her final shots, micro chip & to be spayed. They told me before I came to pick her up. They even had their vet give a printed estimate on the cost of her surgery for me so there would be no surprises. They gave me a chance to back out or reduce the cost. I took the reduced price & gave her a good home. I paid only $100 for this little angel, & she has turned out to be better than any of the yorkies that I've owned!! She has not shown any symptoms, since she only weighs 3 lbs, but once she does, I will have no problem paying the cost for her surgery. Please think long & hard before purchasing a dog of that high of a price with a major health issue such as that. Find a closer breeder who can give you a health guarentee or adopt. The options are endless. Don't settle for this one!!

| My baby has grade 3/4 LP. I understand the concerns. LP is definitely not normal. For what the price this "breeder" is charging you, the puppy should poop gold. Just kidding, but seriously, your pup should be healthy and your breeder should be there to stand by you if something were to go wrong.

| I agree with everyone else on this... DO NOT do it!! LP will be expensive and you should not support a breeder that wants to charge that much for a dog with such a big issue.

| I also agree with everyone else. $2100 is steep and you shouldn't be paying for a dog with a medical problem for that kind of money. Please reconsider! There are many out there, be patient. I also definitely agree with rescuing one because there are many out there that need a furever home and they don't have medical problems and don't cost an arm and a leg.

| Donating YT 500 Club Member | For $2,100 you should not be getting a pup with grade 1-2 LP. If knees are week enough that simple play caused this, there was a problem before. Often times breeders try to convince us jumping and playing have caused LP, when it's actually so common in toy breeds, it's probably genetically in the breeders lines and not as a result of "bouncing". Also, this breeder spays/neuters before the pups are placed. How old are the pups? If less than 6 months old, I would hesitate to buy an already altered pup. Early s/n may protect the breeders lines but, studies I've read in the past couple of years lead me to believe s/n earlier than 6 months is not in the best interest of the pup. I do wish you would reveal the breeders name. If a breeder (show or not) is taking advantage of people their name should be known to future puppy owners.

| $2,100 seems a lot for ANY puppy in my opinion...I'm not a breeder and don't have experience with breeding/selling dogs but Oliver cost me $1,000 (I would have paid more) and he is extremely healthy. There is NO way I would pay $2,100 for a pup that is going to need lots of medical care unless the breeder (which she should) allowed you to put it towards their medical bills. However, if you aren't attached yet then I would head in the opposite direction and buy a healthy yorkie from a responsible breeder who can educate you the proper way and someone you TRUST!! This breeder you are referring to seems to have a lot of red flags!
