For $2,100 you should not be getting a pup with grade 1-2 LP. If knees are week enough that simple play caused this, there was a problem before. Often times breeders try to convince us jumping and playing have caused LP, when it's actually so common in toy breeds, it's probably genetically in the breeders lines and not as a result of "bouncing".
Also, this breeder spays/neuters before the pups are placed. How old are the pups? If less than 6 months old, I would hesitate to buy an already altered pup. Early s/n may protect the breeders lines but, studies I've read in the past couple of years lead me to believe s/n earlier than 6 months is not in the best interest of the pup.
I do wish you would reveal the breeders name. If a breeder (show or not) is taking advantage of people their name should be known to future puppy owners.
