Poppy's Mamma ♥ Donating Member | Funny little things your yorkie does... What are some of the funny little things your yorkie does? Here are a few things which Poppy does most days... 1. She picks up ANY sock she sees. At night I usually take my socks off and leave them on the floor, then I put them in the washing basket in the morning (im lazy I know ) but every single morning Poppy picks one up and runs to see my mum with it, just like shes bringing her a gift. 2. She sits like a meerkat when she wants something, she can stay like that for ages too! She has also started to stand on two legs when she opens doors, pushing the doors open with her two front paws. 3. She dosnt like my BF having eyes. He is the only person she does this to, but every time she sees him she jumps ontop of him and lick attacks his eyes. 4. When I carry her she wraps her two back legs around my hip just like a little kid will do when you carry them on your hip. 5. She barks at her own reflection in windows but not in mirrors. Weird. 6. She loves the shower! Every time she walks past the bathroom she runs in and jumps in the shower. 7. When we are out for a walk and she walks past a parked car she goes down on the floor really low and kind of goes along on her tummy like a soldier! Its strange because shes not scared of cars and dosnt mind when they drive past her. Thats all I can think of right now but I will probably add more later. Does your baby do any funny things?

| 1. Whenever I let Louis outside to go potty he starts jumping up and down by the door. He jumps almost all the way to the doorknob. 2. Every time we come home he is looking out the window waiting for us. Then he runs and grabs a toy from his toy basket to greet us with a toy 3. He sneezes every morning when he wake up. 4. He loves to nibble on people. 5. He LOVES to go bye bye in the car, but he cries for about the first 20 mins. of the trip. 6. He grabs a mouthful of dog food and runs into the family room to eat it. He will not eat at his bowl. This should be a fun thread to read! I am sure I will have more to add later.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | When ever I leave the house, Pixie goes to my bed and drags my pajama's down the ramp into the hall and lays on them until I return home. If Roxie is laying on my bed and I sneeze, she flies off the bed and runs to the open crate in my bedroom.

| I love Poppy's army crawl past cars, Louis crying the first 20 min of a car ride, and Pixie's pajama comforter in the hall. Too funny! Max likes to play kissy face with my father. When dad comes in the house, Max stands on his hind legs and expects lots of kisses from his grandpa. If dad sits on the couch, Max climbs up on his chest and kisses and kisses. Max also swoons for my brother. When Max wants a treat, he trots around like a Clydesdale horse with his Kong and then throws it at my feet and sits. After every meal, or every moment of excitement (like the doorbell ringing), Max grabs his Ty Beanie Baby dachshund and takes it for a walk around the house. When he is finished, he puts his little friend to bed in his tent or on the couch. Teddy is a spinner. If I ask him if he wants a bone or to go for a walk, he spins to say yes and to show his excitement. He is also an expert at the "double take" look.

| Teddy is EXTREMELY social. When I take him out for a walk, he will randomly stop and lie down on his stomach. When I look back, there is usually a person walking a few feet behind him where he takes this time to lie and wait for the stranger to get closer to him. When the stranger is withing reaching distance, he springs up and blocks the stranger's path and sits in front of them so that they pet him! LOL.

| The one thing I love is the Rosie shuffle! Every time she goes potty, she does the Rosie shuffle. I guess she has to cover it all up with grass. Lol. I tried to get a picture of it. When she wants me to hold her she will get on her back two paws and push on my leg. If that don't work she then whines. Of course, I have to pick her up. She too loves socks. It doesn't matter who's they are, they are play toys to her. When I call her, she will jump up in my husband's lap and kiss his face all over. Then she comes to me. But my favorite is that she sleeps right in the middle of us. If he gets too close she will growl at him. I love it!!! I told him I trained her well!

| When the door bell rings, Brandi (my guard dog...all 4lbs of her) will bark her little butt off but she won't run to the door unless I am going to the door. The whole time she is barking, she is standing behind me. |

No Longer a Member | Everytime I get home from anywhere, or just walk back inside from going to my laundry room, Rizzo has to run around the couch 3 times before he can properly greet me. He will also steal any sock he can get his little teeth on, he is really good at finding all of my missing socks...unfortunately he hides them in his stash until he's ready to play with them again. Speaking of stashes, I found his, it was under my TV stand...I didn't even know he could still get under there, but after witnessing him squeeze his little behind under there I went investigating and found my $400 glasses! I thought I had lost them forever, apparently he decided they were needed further investigation. Unfortunatly, there is a chip in the glass and I'll have to replace them, but the frames are in fact intact My little yorkie thief, he does enjoy stealing, and he gives a proud little sitting dance when I find it. Like he shakes his little body as though he's proud that he found such an awesome treasure and he wants me to return it to him. lol. |

| Pixie - 1. She jumps up and down at your legs when your eating breakfast. Hoping to get something. 2. When you said to her need to go potty she runs to the door and jumps up and down until you put the leach on to take her out. 3. She whines when she wants you to take her out if your not paying attention to her or it also can mean she wants you throw something. 4. She nows when I'm suppose to be home from work. She is at the back door with her ball waiting for you to throw it. 5. Ever two hours she comes to let you know you need to get away from the computer and play with me. 6. When leaving to go away in the car and if you ask her if she wants to go she goes nuts until you take her along. 7. When the door bells ring she'll bark and bark until you see who is there.

| sorry, this is a little gross Teddy and Daisy get a treat when they go out and do their first morning poopie. So they have a scheme going now where one goes to their 'spot' and does the poopie while the other stands guard watching near the deck. As soon as the first one poopies they run like crazy into the house for the treat. Two minutes later the second one whines to go out and do poopie. The 'other' one waits by the deck and they run like crazy to the door once again. Yes, they know they have outsmarted us. They do this every morning. They have also learned to go out and get into the position to 'fake' a poopie. We have to actually see something drop to get a treat. Sometimes we go out to check the ground. They are little stinkers. We crack up when they do this because they have figured out how to trick us.

| 1. as Soon as your butt hits a chair, couch, the bed, etc. Remy is whining and clawing at the material to get up. If I sit in the recliner he will go around to all of the sides looking at me till I pick him up. 2. He ankle bites his big brother(schnauzer) Winston will have a toy and Remy will run up behind him and grab him on the ankles. A few times Winston has drug him around like that . 3. He loves women to hold him( like my mom, grandma, mother in law) but he doesn't really like a man to pick him up. He won't even beg my hubby to pick him up, he is a true momma's boy! 4. After he wakes up, he loves to stretch. And he loves when I help him stretch by holding his paws out he will make the weirdest sound. Then he has to come give me kisses after he stretches . 5. Winston(schnauzer) is my sock thief, Remy doesn't like socks. But Winston hides them under the bed and behind the couch!

| This is a great thread. Our pups do such cute things. Sammy like to take socks out of the laundry and will chew on them if I don't get them in time. He likes to runs laps around the living room. My favorite- Whenever I'm at the stove or the sink, Sammy stands next to me with his front paws on the top of my feet. I just love feeling his little paws on me! |

Poppy's Mamma ♥ Donating Member | LOL I can relate to this. If there is a knock at the door or a strange noise in the house Poppy will run to me (growling all the way) jump on my knee and THEN she will bark. So brave!
