Funny little things your yorkie does...

This was a fun thread. I enjoyed reading all the stories!

Copper....well, when hubby and I kiss, he will jump up between us and try to get into the action too with lots of kisses. Grosses us out, but we laugh!

When I'm leaving, I stand at my dresser and put on my lip stick. Copper starts whining as soon as he sees me do this.

On Wednesday nights, my friend and I go to Weight Watchers. After we leave, hubby can't get Copper to sit with him. Copper runs upstairs and lays on my side of the bed waiting for me to return. After I get home, hugs and kisses, then he settles into hubby's lap with a chew bone.

Funny little guy! We love him!

1. My bf thinks that lil buchi uses people. Because he goes up to everyone and get all the attention he wants but after that, he would come back to me or my bf and ignore everyone else. haha

2. he's all hyper when with my bf but when he's with me, he just sleeps on my lap

3. when I'm eating, he'd just sit there tryna pull off the "puppy face" so he could get some.

4. when people go near him, he lies down on his back tryna get his tummy rubbed.

5. when he's sitting, he sometimes get lazy and tries to move sitting down dragging his butt lol

6. if he wants you to pet him, he'd lick your hand 'til you pet him

idk how to explain the things he does. but hope you guys sorta pictured it.

My Elsa does this:

When she has to go to the bathroom she will sit real close to me and growl. I growl back to let her know I don't feel like it. Her eyes get bigger and growls are louder as if "I will go right here" I get up!!

If she wants something she will stare at it REAL hard, as if she can move it with her mind.

If I follow somewhere she will always look back at me like "are you coming?"

Poppy likes to 'butt wrestle' with her sister Jess, basically turning round and backing up so she is shoving her butt in Jess's face.. Jess hates this but I think that's why Poppy does it.
She also LOVES squeaky toys and Jess hates them, Poppy will squeak a toy once then look at Jess.. If Jess cries she will squeak it over and over and over again. Brat LOL.
She also likes to dig in the blankets on our beds and sit on your shoulder/neck like a scarf.

[Sweet Apple]

This is such a cute thread, and it's fun to see how many similiar silly things yorkies do

1. Apple always runs and finds a toy, and brings it to me, when I come in the door
2. Apple gets up, first (to do her biz), then runs up the steps to the bed, and takes a flying leap and lands on Buzz to wake him up...Apple is a morning pup, Buzz is not lol
2. Buzz jumps up in the air, and slams his front paws on my thighs, when I'm fixin' their food, as if to say "hurry up"!
3. Buzz will fake pee, even if he doesn't have to go, just for the treat
4. Cha Cha gets a toy and shakes it in the other pups' face, growling, then spins around and runs away...If they don't chase her, she will do it until they do!
5. Cha Cha dances on her hind legs, while I'm fixin' the food (thus her name)!
6. They are all my bathroom entourage lol...
7. They all love to steal things out of the dryer, when I'm putting clothes in the basket
8. They all make me smile w/all their silly interaction

This is so true. Brandi uses people too. Once when I was hosting Thanksgiving dinner, Brandi was following my neice around the house because my neice had a peice of turkey. When she gave Brandi a small peice, she ran right back to me.

1. The Sock Game! Whenever I come home from work I head to the bathroom to get changed. I take off my socks and Rhia will come pick them up, one by one, and take them into my bedroom. She's so proud when she does this.
2. She rubs her face into the blankets on my bed if you lightly blow on her, anywhere on her body. My bf LOVES doing this. XD
3. The word "cheese" automatically gets her on her feet.
4. She barks out my window, but if I call for her to stop, she comes whining to me and wants to be picked up. Whatta weenie.
5. I call my parents "meemaw and pawpaw" around Rhia and she knows what "let's go to meemaw and pawpaw's!" means. She'll start running around and freaking out.

Teddy and Daisy get a treat when they go out and do their first morning poopie. So they have a scheme going now where one goes to their 'spot' and does the poopie while the other stands guard watching near the deck. As soon as the first one poopies they run like crazy into the house for the treat.

Two minutes later the second one whines to go out and do poopie. The 'other' one waits by the deck and they run like crazy to the door once again. Yes, they know they have outsmarted us. They do this every morning.

They have also learned to go out and get into the position to 'fake' a poopie. We have to actually see something drop to get a treat. Sometimes we go out to check the ground. They are little stinkers.

We crack up when they do this because they have figured out how to trick us.

Everytime my cat settles in for a good snuggle on my lap, he gets pounced by a Rizzo. Honestly, I'm not even sure where Rizzo comes from, it's like he just falls from the ceiling...my little Ninja Yorkie
When he want's his toy, and I hold it for too long, or forget that I'm holding it (on internet and playing fetch at the same time) he gives me a little, "ahem" noise...when that doesn't work I get the impatient growl...if it escalates from there I have a Yorkie standing on his hind legs trying to paw the ball out of my hand...
Whenever I start water in the sink and go searching for a towel and put his hair products next to the sink I then have to go on a yorkie hunt....he likes to "melt" to the floor, as though I wouldn't be able to see the difference between a multi colored brown carpet, and his shiny silver body he is slick though, one second he is watching me, the next *poof* he is gone.

[Doodlebug]

Teddy Bear loves to chase bunnies in the back yard. Since the bunnies hide under the shed, there is usally a chase around the shed for a few rounds. Teddy starts out chasing behind the bunny but after a couple of rounds he will reverse directions and meet the bunny head-on. I thought this was really clever of him to do this and I was really surprised that he had the thought process to figure this out. He never catches the bunny (and he wouldn't know what to do with it if he did) but both he and the bunny seem startled when they meet face to face. lol It is entertaining to watch.
