I just noticed you were from texas I am stationed in oregon but i am from Plano Texas, We brought rowdy to texas last spring! he loved it! we cant wait to go back!

I can't leave my purse anywhere the dogs can get to it. Lately, my youngest IG has learned to snag it and drag it off the table or counter. I can't leave it for a second! I nearly killed her when I found a tooth mark in the leather.

My yorkie must have read over my shoulder. She is a rescue we've had 2 yrs and for the first time ever she snagged something. I came home and put everything on the stairs while I took my boots off. I hear paper and look up and she is dragging the McDonalds bag up the stairs. Before I get up there she has already got the burger (only thing in the bag) and chomped a bite! She has never done that before!

LOL O my! McDonals couldn't be good for a Yorkie. Rowdy would have ate the whole thing, I once gave him a bite of a sandwich i made and he tried to eat the whole thing! Didn't even chew it! lol but other times i have caught him finding a chip on the ground or something that fell of the counter and he chews it lol Sometimes Rowdy waits in the kitchen while we are cooking, for any falling food items lol

My friend calls my Yorkie a "swiffer dog" because she is on any food that hits the floor right away for clean up. lol

The only time my yorkie doesn't get to it first is if my grand dog is here. She is a 3# Morkie and fast as lightening! No other dog has beat her to dropped food yet. I have a bad back so getting to the floor is a slow process for me if I can do it at all. I try not to drop anything but sometimes I do.

lol yea i hear ya, our vet told us that most natural food that we eat is actually better to eat for rowdy than his dry dog food, he loves eggs i usually boil him an egg! What do yall feed your yorkies?
